Great property! Clean, good location, right on the beach. Easy to communicate with owners. Would stay again!

We've been to lots of beaches. This place is the closest to the beach. It's steps from the ocean. Beautiful clean place!

Beautiful place. We stayed the weekend, my son is 1.5 and had his first beach experience. He loved it and so did we. The condo was so clean and came with all things one would need when staying. The owner was so gracious in communication and even gifted us a gift card for a nearby ice cream place for my son to enjoy and remember his first time. It was such a nice treat and a huge blessing. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The porches were so nice with the ocean view and the beach access was so close.

First time at Kure Beach. Great location. Liked the porch but there were too many sand fleas to stay out too long. Perfect size for three people. The host was great to work with and responded quickly.

We really enjoyed our time in Kure Beach at Paradise Awaits. The condo was clean, very well stocked, and spacious for our family. The views from the balcony were amazing. We were able to enjoy sunrises from the balcony and full-moon rises over the ocean. We were even able to see the launch of the Antares Rocket. The fireworks are also visible from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk (you can see them but not hear them which I know is important to some). The beach access is right at the end of the condo building with super easy access to the beach. The lifeguard stand is also right at the beach access entrance which was great having 2 kids enjoying the beach/ocean. The pool is also just a very short walk from the condo. We enjoyed both the beach and pool nearly every day. The beach area is quiet and not overly crowded, which was very nice. The general area was also quiet and so close to some of the most amazing spots to view the sunset. You are very close to the Ferry which we took a couple times over to South Port (a super cute area to visit). Wilmington was also an easy drive for additional shopping/activities. Cherylle was an excellent host. She was always quick to answer any questions and provided great information about things to do and places to eat in the area. We used many of the suggestions and enjoyed them all. We really enjoyed this relaxing condo with the amazing views and location!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely and perfect for my small family besides the stairs were a challenge with a baby, toddler, and grandma, but we managed and it was worth it! The balconies and view were awesome! The owner was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We enjoyed going to the nearby pier and aquarium for outings. We would love to plan another trip here in the future and highly recommend to others! :-)

We loved the condo we just did not have good weather during our stay.

Enjoy so much. View was amazing. Host was so accommodating, we really appreciated it as we had a wedding down the street. Will keep this in mind when our military Ft Fisher cottages are sold out!!

Great townhouse on Kure Beach, NC. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and wake up to the beautiful sunrise.

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental. The owners were wonderful to work with and easy to contact. The view from the first floor living room and deck and second floor balcony and bedroom can’t be beat. I spent hours relaxing oceanfront both on the beach which was easily accessed and on the balconies. My kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach with all of the beach toys provided! They also had a great time in the indoor heated pool and hot tub at the end of a long beautiful day at the beach. All of Cherylle’s recommendations were spot on which made restaurant picking a breeze! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh seafood dinners from scratch! My family and I loved Paradise Awaits and we can’t wait to go back very soon!! You won’t be disappointed.

Great location

This vacation house was in immaculate condition (nothing like so many of the worn-out beach rentals that I've seen). Everything that we needed was there, including out on the balconies. The ocean views from the house were to die for.

This property is in a perfect location. Beautiful moon at night! Sunrise and sunset is spectacular! A plus is being within walking distance to the natural and peaceful Fort Fisher.

The condo is in a great location to pool and beach access. Has beautiful views from the balconies also. We love Ocean Dunes but this condo exceeded our expectations and would love to come back!

1st trip to Kure Beach and wont be our last. The property was perfect for my family as it was a very close walk to the beach or the pool. Having a carport on the 1st level is an added bonus, since I didn't have to lug beach toys and coolers up and down stairs! The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. My wife and I have stayed at multiple locations over the past 10 years and this is by far our favorite property and owner to rent from.

Being our first time to use VRBO, this owner & property have set the bar exceedingly high. We made an error with the initial rental step, and the owner was so gracious to help us remedy it and send us information with recommended local tourism/dining options. The owner was so generous and helpful throughout the entire stay and was even kind enough to mail us an item we had forgotten after we left. The property was exactly as pictured - gorgeous and clean with more than enough kitchenware. The beds/pillows were also super comfortable. We could not have been any closer to the beautiful beach AND pool with only a 5-15min drive to any restaurant/store we needed. If you're looking for a beautiful and comfortable place on the beach - THIS IS IT!

Beautifully appointed condo. Great for Our adult family to be together. The host was very responsive to our questions. Great communication. The beach restoration project was going on and that was the only part that wasn’t great; however completely out of the hosts control. And we appreciated the communication alerting us to the situation. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet beach during April. We so enjoyed the up close view of the ocean. It is a very comfortable unit with many gathering areas. Kitchen is incredibly equipped. We had a wonderful weekend!
