You will love this cozy 2 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 4, this unit is located on the 1st floor. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

The home was clean, with the exception of the shower. It was very well stocked, linens were clean and fresh. Road noise was pretty bad, there’s a big metal grate in the street right in front of the home and with cars driving over it all hours of the day/night, made for lots of disruptive sleep in any of the rooms. This is not something that can be helped or blamed on the owner. The home was very welcoming and cozy.

Our second time staying here! Truly, a home away from home. HIGHLY recommend. Close to the Ark Encounter and some great local dining options. Friendly, fast, and helpful interactions with the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Holland Suites!!
The suite was spacious and very clean. It was the first game of the World Series with our beloved Texas Rangers during our stay so really enjoyed the living area. Kitchen and bathroom was good size and host provided plenty of towels and even had wash clothes specific for make-up, which I loved. Also provided extra blankets and pillows!
The location was amazing with an easy walk to downtown for several of the restaurants. Also parking was great.
Host was beyond incredible! We had several unique needs this weekend, including my husband leaving his wedding band! She was quick to respond and very accomodating.
We will be visiting Williamstown again for the next few months and absolutely plan to stay at Holland Suites again.

Me and my husband and parents were in town for the Ark encounter. This was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The TV couldn’t be heard from the bedrooms if anyone was up later or earlier. We played cards at the dining room table in the evening. I liked the easy check in and out without any need to contact the property manager. Would definitely recommend.

The beds and linens were amazing! I usually don’t sleep well away fr home but I did here! Kitchen well equipped. Cozy living room. Nice sitting area where my sister and I could sit and chat while our husbands watched sports on the big TV in the living room. Close to many nest shops downtown. Within 10 minutes of many great restaurants. Love music was playing downtown. It was a nice bonus to our trip!

Nicely remodeled apartment building. Located in downtown Williamstown. Very close to the Ark. Bring food since there’s not much in the way of restaurants

This property was excellent! Spotless. Minimalist but very cozy. Spacious bathroom and full kitchen. The mattress was firmer than we are used to but it was fine. Quiet neighborhood.
We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Property is a renovated very old apartment building. Humidifier runs constantly and needed changed out multiple times a day. Smells like an old wet basement in the back bedroom. Neighborhood is not the best. Property sits next to a very run down home. The lock on the front door (way to get in) didn’t operate well and didn’t secure the room (didn’t lock completely). There are units above this unit as well which is not mentioned. Guests upstairs were an older couple but it sounded like they were having a dance party just by walking around. There was no insulation between floors. This property serves its purpose for our stay to visit the ark but luckily we didn’t have to spend much time at the property itself.

The place was in a great location. The unit is huge! A relaxing living room for our family to sit in the evening, bedrooms with comfortable beds, and amazing kitchen to use. The pictures are super accurate. We enjoyed how super close the place was to the Ark Encounter and downtown area.
The ease to check in was great!

The property was wonderful. We didn't require much other than a place to sleep, but the living space was great for relaxing after a very long drive, then two days of on our feet exploring of the Ark and the Creation Museum. So nice to have a calm place, with coffee as a bonus! We would definitely stay here again, if we venture this way again.

Thanks for a great stay! Very clean and spacious so we would spread out after a long day walking around the ark. Very close to the ark and easy to get around the town. Really enjoyed our girls weekend.

If you are visiting the Ark experience or Creation museum, then this rental is the perfect location. It is a clean, newly remodeled unit close to all the major attractions and amenities for a once in a lifetime experience.

This property has all you need for a getaway from home! Loved having coffee supplies, soaps, shampoos, extra towels and washrags!. Loved parking behind building for privacy. Nice walkways to all of the condos! This is a good central place to explore all that northern KY and Cincinatti area have to offer!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and was stocked
with many extras we did not expect like coffee, creamer, sweetner, ect. There were lots of big fluffy towels. we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend to others. if there was one thing that could be added would be maybe an extra blanket and some type of drawers for clothes, but overall it was great!!!!

Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The location is great. There are places to eat within a couple minute walk that are very good (closed Sundays & Mondays). Loved our stay. My only critique would be the pillows are not great. I would recommend bringing your own.

Only concerns were comfort of beds and lack of additional pillowcases for the extra pillows (which were needed because the pillows were very flat).

The apartment is beautiful, large, perfect location. Didn't have any real contact with host. Our only issue was apartment above us that seemed to have a routine of very heavy walking at 6-7 in the morning and again from 9:30 -10:30 pm. Easy walk to all the business downtown. It was a very short drive to the Ark Encounter.

Looks are deceiving! I would not have picked this property by curb appeal. It is completely renovated on the inside. Very beautiful and modern. No issues at all. Very convenient to the Ark and Creative Museum.

We loved that this property was very close to the Ark Encounter, it was affordable and it was as easy to talk with the property manager and all necessary info was provided prior to arrival. It was a unique layout, but still great since we were looking for two bedrooms. It could have been a bit cleaner, have the bedroom doors close fully and easier access to plugging in phones at night. The beds and outlets didn’t line up well.

Great home, clean, spacious, price was good value and reasonable. Was a great base to visit several locations-Cincinatti-40min, Lexington and Louisville only 1.5 hrs away. Local town very quant and cute shops. We visited to go to Creation Museaum, 127 Yard sale, and Ark. Was all great experiences. Couple things would make stay perfect-need fan in smaller bedroom and door would not stay shut. An iron and iron board, washer dryer would be great additional amenities. A text acknowledging check in and check out would have made more personal. Thanks!

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely nice , clean and all around comfortable..Couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay! Gina was a very nice host who met our every need from coffee to shampoos and soap. We gave our stay here a five star but would’ve given ten if it had been an option. Highly recommend !!!!

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Essentials like paper products, dish soap, and even basic toiletries were available. We were able to settle in and felt like we were home. The proximity to local attractions was convenient. Check in and check out was contactless, but warm and friendly. Great unit and management!

Very quaint and clean property. I was just down the street from the ark. The property owner answered questions in a timely manner. The home was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Great location for Ark
Perfect location for the Ark Encounter. We were there for a 3 day conference so we spent most of our time on site of Ark Encounter. It was good to not have to drive to far at the end of a long day.

Was generally clean and spacious. Gina was fabulous.
Rain comes in back door as the gutter seems to be problematic.
