Wonderful complete remodel. :) Breathtakingly relaxing. Spacious with every amenity you could need is provided for your enjoyment. Comfortable beds, kid-friendly, game room, games, and more. You will LOVE staying here! book it now! Total remodel top to bottom! 7 miles from Anna Maria Island and several popular beaches. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds all with good lighting, USB ports, and outlets for all charging needs. Great for kids and spending time with loved ones. Ping pong, foosball, mini basketball hoop, XL wall mounted connect 4, chalkboard, board games. 4 fun walkie-talkies (plan to bring AA batteries - often get left "on") Open and spacious great room with new quartz counters. Indoor seating for 8 (table) and 6 (breakfast bar). Coffee station with Keurig and drip machine. Some K cups were provided and basic coffee grounds. Outdoor dining space for 14+ with a table that extends. Heated pool. Fire pit area. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, groceries, smoothie stands, and activities nearby. Dog parks, trails, parks, and more. *We have 2 other houses within 2-5 miles. Reach out for details or search VRBO for #3706843 (4br/4ba) and #2588296 (4BR/2BA+HotTub) bedroom 1 - king bed - walk-in closet - desk - ensuite bath bedroom 2 - king bed bedroom 3 - twin over full bunk with pull-out trundle bedroom 4 - 2 twins - space to add mattress between for 3 total in the room. (extra twin mattress stored in the master closet) Living room - Queen pull-out - (linens in the game cabinet - or master linen closet - sheets are the only BLUE ones in the home) Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, beach carts, boogie boards, life jackets, and dive rings are provided. Spice rack, salt/pepper, fully stocked kitchen. Parking is driveway only. The street is narrow, so please park in the driveway and do not block the sidewalk. Room for 4 cars, but not more. Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Nice homes line the streets and are just two blocks from Bradenton Country Club. It’s great to have a car but there are parks within walking distance that have trails throughout. Please make sure you understand this is in a quiet neighborhood with neighboring houses in close proximity. Not a good house for parties/gatherings/late nights by the pool. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. Please help us keep neighbors happy by being extra considerate of your noise when outside after hours. Quiet neighborhood with other houses in close proximity. Quiet by the pool 10 pm - 8 am. Noise monitor onsite. If you like to party - this isn't the house for you. Relaxation/laughing/playing/friend and family fun. 💵 Late check-outs are not permitted if you do not leave by your scheduled check-out time of 10 am there will be a $40 late check-out fee charged.

Great layout to the property, beautifully decorated and fully stocked/loaded with everything you need. Nice neighbourhood, centrally located to meet all our vacation needs and close to the store for groceries. Host is super fast with communication and meeting any accommodations you need. Lovely stay overall.

What a perfect place for our family to relax! The kitchen was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need to cook and or bake. The kids were in the pool every single day... Multiple times. We would highly recommend this place to anybody but especially to big families. Very clean, very well taken care of. The owner/management company was great to work with.

Really enjoyed our stay here, our host, Christy was very responsive and timely with any minor issues that we had to deal with. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, we loved the oversized island. Entire place was clean would definitely stay here again.

House was great for both our families. Inside of the house has been recently renovated and very nice. The only thing I would have to say negative which is a 8/10 is the outside back yard could of been pressure washed and cleaned a little better but overall 9/10 for sure.

Everything from our initial contact with the owner till our departure was exemplary. Christy quickly answered my many pestering questions from the very start and all throughout our stay. The home is very very well equipped with lots of games and toys for our young grandchildren , who also loved the suspended swinging chairs and more. Many beach chairs, umbrella and a device (carriage like) to carry much of the above while on the beaches which were an easy drive to. Tons of towels provided, modern washer and dryer. Rooms, beds were modern and comfortable and the a/c worked very well. Tons of space for the kids to play indoors and yet enough space (great layout) for the adults to eat and chat/play games, watch TV (new) also. Very quiet residential neighborhood which we really appreciated. We used the bbq a few times and everyone enjoyed the pool a ton! Grandkids spent LOTS of time in there with us. Super bonus was the ping pong table which we all used. Publix and other stores are close by. Christy is the best landlord, communicator I've ever encountered and the information she provided electronically and the in house manual was very very useful and helpful, especially suggestions re places to visit, restaurants ,beaches were very much appreciated. A lot of thought and client consideration was put into this home. ! We really all had a wonderful time here!

We were there 20 days it was great! Everything we needed, great neighborhood, close to stores. Everything we needed to pack up to take to the ocean. Plenty of sleeping space. Super happy!!!

We came to Bradenton for a quick getaway from the cold weather and Christy and her house did not disappoint! she was extremely accommodating. The house was Clean, Great beds, Plenty of quality linens, modern decor, wonderful coffee bar, super washer/dryer, a fun game room, beach chairs, cooler. She thought of everything. The pictures are accurate.
We worked remotely on the Lanai everyday! We enjoyed Coquina beach and drove to Sarasota for some great dinners. Christy was a great Host. Highly recommend 5 STARS

This is a nicely appointed home in a nice very quiet middle class neighborhood near downtown Bradenton and the water and beaches. So very conveniently located. The home is just as pictured. The common area is large and very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need and loved the coffee bar being separate. Nice frig/freezer with indoor ice and water. The home is well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, even my husband commented how well he slept and that his back felt great. We didn't get to use all the amenities unfortunately, but the patio is great. I stuck my hand in the pool and the warm temperature was perfect. Also, we had a problem getting the TV "youtubeTV" which is the main channel to come on. I called Christie and she was "Johnny on the Spot". She stayed on the call with me till the issue was resolved which was about 10 min. I would definitely rent this property again. Kudos for the vibe and comfort of your home. Other VRBO homes should take a page out of your book Christy. Even your instruction guide book was easy to read and very well done.

We stayed here while visiting family over the Christmas holiday. The rental was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The owner, Christy, was very responsive. We had a small issue (one that would not impact future stays), and I was extremely impressed with the effort that Christy put in to getting it resolved (especially over the Christmas holiday). Rest assured, you will love this house and I can’t imagine having a more pleasant owner. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We had the best time! The only disappointment was the listing said there was a hot tub and there was not. Also a missing TV controller in the living room so we had to share with bedroom. Overall we were so pleased with our stay.

House was well done and updated as the host described it. We had a great time, close and easy for shopping, dining and getting to the beaches. 15 minutes from the airport. The two granddaughters enjoyed the pool.

We (family of five) rented the house as a get together with our friends from DC (family of four). We found it to be a beautiful and practical place with the pool and the game area being great for the kids entertainment. We were bid surprised to find the gaming room to be the garage without AC, but ok in the evening. We loved the convenient location to stores and the beaches.

We stayed here with 5 adults and 3 young children and everybody was happy! The pool is great, the house is clean and really nicely designed. Lots of things to do nearby and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Safety was never a concern! Would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent time !
We had a large group. 7 adults and 6 kids. The place met our expectations well. We loved having the pool. Kids enjoyed the game room. The living room and kitchen area were very spacious. Grocery was close by as well as putt putt golf and ice cream shop! Great time!!

We had such a fun stay!
This home and host were wonderful for our large family. There was room for everyone and the open space/ family room was wonderful for meals together. My kids loved the rooms, the backyard and pool. I loved that the home was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a crockpot, blender, and bakeware. Thank you, we will be back.

Great stay!
This is an awesome place for a large group with kids. Not far to beaches and Disney. Highly recommend this property with its many amenities. Grocery stores close by too.

Excellent house which included an excellent decoration and all appliances
The good: beautifull house (inside) with excellent and modern decoration, furniture , appliances and pool. Located about 20-25 from beaches in Bradenton and 35-40 minutes from St. Pete beaches. If you have babies or kids, you will find all needed in it, even toys, live jackets, etc for the beach.
The bad: an "absurd excessive" charge for cleaning the house even the check out list book in the house command you "how you have to leave the house" (which we did)

Well Appointed & Perfect Vacation Homes
This was such a cute vacation home. We stayed for four nights with our family of 7 (grandparents, parents and 3 kids ages 14,11 & 9). There is ample seating in all areas of the home and we very much enjoyed the pool area. They supplied pretty much everything one could need for a vacation home and for the pool and beach! Pool toys, chairs/umbrellas/towels, you name it. There were also Alexa’s in each room which was a nice touch. In the evenings we had fun playing some of the games, ping pong & fooz ball!
We would love to stay here again for our next trip back

Loved the open living space and the back patio and pool were perfect after amazing days at the beach, which was an easy quick drive to get to. Christy was quick to respond to all of my questions. Definitely recommend the Feelin Beachy house!

Perfect House, Perfect Location!
Located in a neighborhood that is close to EVERYTHING. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food, local spots and of course the beach. If you are looking for a rental that isn't in the middle of a tourist trap this is the place. It allows you to enjoy all the vacation fun and yet have your home to go back to. AND if you just want to chill at the house by the pool you can do that to. Best VRBO we ever stayed at and best property manager in existence. Wanted to keep this place a secret but the secret is out. You can't go wrong here!

This house was perfect for our group of 11. Plenty of beds and spacious areas where we could all hang out. We especially liked the pool area with lots of seating. The downfall was the traffic and getting anywhere took forever. Overall, the house was amazing!!
