This bedroom features a closet full of beach equipment that is available for our guests to use during their stay. The Guest Bathroom also has a freshly renovated vanity and shower. The condo also has a wonderfully large, covered balcony, newly tiled floors throughout, washer/dryer unit, TV's with cable access in the living room, master bedroom, guest room & Wi-Fi internet access included and two private parking spaces. The Surf Club complex has a private beach and boardwalk directly behind the complex, heated swimming pool, exercise room, small library, and large deck by the beach for social gatherings. The complex is located within a short walk to several restaurants, including a new restaurant right across the street. Just a short drive from the grocery store, more restaurants, fishing piers/boat rentals and Stump Pass State Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, where you will discover a pristine, uninhabited shoreline for walks and picnics.
