Great experience after realizing that rentals are Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Great experience renting from VBRO and everything was as described

While the check in was easy and effortless, we did run into some issues with crib request for the reservation prior to arrival. Would give it 5/5 for everything if it was easier to find out about the Hilton reservation number instead of the hgvc reservation number. Only the Hilton reservation number can be used to contact the local hotel front desk to make special requests. We had to spend an hour and half on the phone being bounced around different Hilton help lines to finally make that request.
