The loft, outfitted with a sleeper sofa and rocking chair, is the perfect place to curl up with a good book. For mealtimes, indulge your inner chef in the kitchen, appointed with spacious granite countertops. High-end stainless steel appliances include a Viking gas range with double ovens and a wine fridge. The dining area, along with bar seating, will allow everyone to gather over meals and conversation. Complimentary WiFi, two washer/dryer sets, and beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas are also provided in the rental. This three-story home sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and a loft. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom holds a twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Open to the floors below, the lofted bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower, and a half bath provides additional convenience. The enviable location is just four miles from Long Point Beach, a pristine stretch of sand that’s a favorite among locals. Nearby hiking and biking trails make it easy to explore Manuel F. Correllus State Forest, the heart of which is just three miles away. THINGS TO KNOW The hot tub is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Very nice home with everything you need. The only thing would be that the kitchen ice and water filters did not work. AC was very cool and the house was very spacious and quiet at night.

This home was beautiful in every way. It was exceptionally clean and had lovely decor. A few minor changes would make it perfect. We would’ve liked more towels and linens in the kitchen as well as a few more kitchen items such as matching wine glasses. But, we had a wonderful time and would very much recommend this.

This was a beautiful property and super fun for a bachelorette! There were some linens missing but they were quick to replace them.

The house was beautiful and remote and perfect for our group of 13 women on a mom’s trip away. The house was beautiful and remote and perfect for our group of 13 women on a mom’s trip away. Loved the home. Amazing kitchen and decks. Have stayed in many rentals and this one was the best. Especially liked all of the cooking utensils, spices and dishes. Enjoyed the hot tub after our long bike ride.

This property was spotless and very comfortable. The location is very private. We rented bikes and were able to travel to many fun locations. South Beach, Long Point Beach, Edgertown, and the Alpaca Farm were great day trips by bike.

The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for our bachelorette party. A quick ride to get to either Oak Bluffs or Edgartown. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor deck space was a great place to relax. Loved having the grill, but definitely wish that the hot tub was open at the time of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for a large group on MV!

Immaculate, roomy and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out on the porches & deck. Gorgeous bathrooms... the shower in the Master is HUGE!! A quiet neighborhood with Edgartown only 10 minutes away.
