Home was lovely, comfortable and very clean. Lanai is large and made enjoying the outdoors an even better experience. The only problem we had was an issue with the spa heater. It failed to work for the last full week we were living there. It seems the part to repair it wasn't readily available.

This is a nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great as was the outdoor lanai area. Nice large kitchen with most of what one would need to cook meals/entertain (the only spices were salt and pepper shakers). The bedrooms and beds/furniture were also nice as were the bathrooms. It's located about 30 mins north of Vero beach and we didn't think it had much to do around it. Some local restaurants on the water and what seemed to be more sports bars with that kind of food. It's close to Walmart and other grocery/dollar stores, but not really any good shopping. The main reason for the 4 star rating was the combination of the lack of amenities. We (6 of us) were there for 10+ days and were provided 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 laundry detergent pods, 4 dishwasher detergent pods, 4 garbage bags, 2 partially empty boxes of tissues (one mostly empty), 1 roll of paper towels, no cleaning supplies other than Dawn, and mostly empty aluminum foil and plastic wrap. When I asked the property manager, he said that is what most owners are doing these days given the cost of goods has gone up. Given I paid nearly $300 a night, I would expect more. There were also only 5 beach towels and somewhat spotty Internet.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The pictures do not do this place justice. Everything inside and out was nearly immaculate and you can tell the owners take care of this home well. We had everything we needed & spent lots of time at the pool and hot tub enjoying Florida weather in December. We had a small hiccup trying to understand the pool/hot tub settings but it was resolved quickly by Jim who came by the house within minutes of us sending a text message. Super easy to get to the home from the interstate and quick access to beaches and other sights to see in the area. Highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!

Overall, very good. Had a minor issue with pool heat but was taken care of promptly. Can’t beat the location, centrally located to multiple beach options. Very nice house, would go back.

The house was beautiful and clean, and the stay was great. The owners and manager were very easy to get in touch with, and they were really nice as well. Answered all my questions. The town is quiet and beautiful. Definitely will want to return here. The only thing is the no seeums. These little bugs were horrible, if traveling here in the summer months bring bug spray with deet, otherwise be prepared to be all bitten. Loved our stay and thank you for accomadating our family pets.

We made a lot of family memories at this beautiful vacation home. The amenities were 5 star and pool and hot tub fantastic. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation and found it in the Sebastian area. Nice restaurants and beautiful beaches were close by and we were able to easily do some sightseeing in nearby towns . Definitely would love to visit again.

We enjoyed the house and pool very much. The house was wonderful, had everything you needed in the kitchen and all the furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed the large clean pool very much. Met the property manager, Jim, who was very helpful with a couple of minor problems. Could not have met a nicer and helpful person then him. We would enjoy going back again.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The beach vibes were very present. The space in the kitchen was perfect for all the meals we prepared during our stay not to mention the grill that had a full tank of propane (we have had 4 houses in the past with empty tanks). The outdoor sitting areas and the pool are where we spent most of our time. Without a doubt we would book again! Thank you for the opportunity for this wonderful rental!

The house is as advertised. The beds are comfortable and lots of great places for hanging out and eating. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor space is amazing! It is very spacious and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. There is a remote control for the hot tub that took a minute to figure out but once we did it worked well. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to two questions. The only thing I would add would be lounge chairs for the pool deck and noodles/floating mats for the pool.

such a wonderful stay! this house is well put together! very pretty ,nicely decorated! we wanted for nothing! the pool and spa area makes you feel like you are at a resort. plenty of glass and dishware as well as cookware. the nice laundry equipment worked well. great neighborhood. will rent again!

We had a great time & the owners are very responsive. House is clean and very beachy! Unfortunately, it was not as close to the beach as anticipated, but close to the river. About 15-20 minute drive to Vero Beach. Although if you like sea food, Sebastian restaurants were quite good! Overall, it was a wonderful property and we will be back!

We rented this house for 4 nights in January and enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Very clean and well appointed. You just need to show up!

Nice house. Mostly clean and spacious. It did have some random items placed haphazardly around the pool area and some of the outdoor cushions need to be replaced. The master bed was atrocious and some furnishing were afterthoughts. The neighborhood must be going through some transition, as there were a number of vacant houses with construction crews. For the price we paid, I would have expected a bit more attention to detail. The pool and hot tub are pretty awesome though!

This was a perfect property for our family. The kitchen had everything plus more to make any meal you want to prepare. The pool and house was clean… the outside tv was great for relaxing. My daughter forget her brand new Jordan’s and they were so kind to shop them back to us!!! The stay was amazing!
