Centrally located South Sandpoint house, only 4 blocks from the Lake & Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) and within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops and Sandpoint City Beach! The house has two bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with tub/shower & washer/dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 1 off street parking spot & street parking, fenced back yard with gas grill, patio furniture & umbrella. Close to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. Note: During the summer season we add two more window AC units so that each room has its own (besides the one on the social area). Idaho Business Registration Permit # PSTR22-0080. City of Sandpoint Municipal Nonproperty Tax Permit # 1104.

the property and location was perfect for us. the house was clean and adequately supplied. our host made us aware they were available to call if we had a need. we would definitely consider renting the property again!

We enjoyed our stay at Luz and Rich’s guest apartment. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and we loved the location. It was close to downtown so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants, the city beach and grocery store. The lake is beautiful, and Sandpoint is a wonderful small town. We would highly recommend staying here.

This place was exactly what we expected and what our family of 4 needed for our holiday. Its close enough to walk to most places and not a long drive to everywhere else we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good shape and very clean! The host was awesome and always replied quickly to messages. They even installed an extra air conditioner before we arrived because it had been so hot which made our stay even more comfortable!

The house is very clean and comfortable, and in a great location for all of the things Sandpoint has to offer! The beds were also very comfortable (not true at every place we've stayed!, and the house has air conditioning, which was really nice. Just know that you will have to supply your own condiments and seasonings (they had salt and pepper, but no oil, spice rack, etc). Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our time at this hidden gem in the woods. It is a beautiful wooden chalet on a farm. All the amenities of in town with none of the noise. Our daughter especially loved seeing the grazing cows nearby. Just a quick drive to a sandy beach. We would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed being so close to downtown but the bathtub didn’t drain very well, we didn’t seem to have much hot water and there were a few repairs that needed to be made. Otherwise good rental.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. Everything (City Beach, restaurants, etc) is within walking distance. The only thing that would have made our say better is if the bedrooms had blackout curtains. The blinds don’t keep out much light and it gets light so early in the summer!

This is the ultimate rental for a sandpoint stay! The host was responsive, helpful & so thoughtful. Check in was easy-peasy and the location was unbeatable. I was born & raised in sandpoint, so the location was great- we were walking distance from so many of my favorite spots. We walked over for coffee every morning at Evans Brothers, walked to Joel’s for tacos and walked to Dubs for an ice cream cone! I cannot rate this place highly enough- the perfect home base. Our host left thoughtful recommendations since she knew we were traveling with kids, she responded right away when I had questions, and she made the whole experience just perfect. Lastly, beds were cozy and check out was a breeze.

The property is perfect to walk around Sandpoint! Even with young kids, we were able to walk the town to visit the lake, restaurants, and shops. The property is just as listed and easy to find. Basic kitchenware is provided (no microwave). A TV is available, but you have to log-in to personal apps to watch. It does advertise A/C, however it is only a window unit in the kitchen. Thankfully they provided a fan so we were able to stay somewhat cool with the warm weather. Overall, we really enjoyed the area and the rental. It is a great price for the location!!
