The house features 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms all on one floor. The spacious and private fenced backyard is great for the little ones to play in, while the adults can relax on the covered patio. The floor plan is spacious and open, with an updated kitchen which is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook meals for your group. The two car garage is available for guests' use, and there is additional parking for another two cars in the driveway. The massive master suite features a Queen bed, sitting area for reading or working on your laptop. The attached master bathroom has ample closet space, double vanities, a glass encased shower, and a large soaking tub. It's the perfect retreat after a long day filled with fun activities. The other two bedrooms are located across the house and each has a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located between them and has a single vanity and shower/tub combo. It accommodates up to 6 guests, but the standard occupancy is 4. Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the standard occupancy.
