The walking trails, restaurants and Lake are all very close and are open to the public and any guests even those staying under 2 months. Downtown Georgetown is very close and is a must visit with an incredible town square (Voted Best In Texas) Featuring wine tasting, fine dining, play house, tap house and much more. Downtown Austin is only about a half hour drive away. Grocery stores such as HEB, Randal's, & Walgreens are less than 5 min from the front door as well as many other shops and restaurants are so close by. There are also many community events like movie, dancing, dinner clubs and live music that happen all the time in Sun City and all guests are welcome to attend and enjoy. (a schedule and "What's Happening" literature will be provided) This home has all the feel of living in the private sun kissed woods while having access to so many things to see and places to visit. At least one occupant on the the reservation must be 55 years or older per the HOA.
