Tucked back off the street, it’s surrounded by greenery giving you the ultimate privacy, while being in the heart of the boro. The large back yard and deck gives you space to stretch your legs and enjoy outside. 2 Miles from Saltwater Vineyards 2 Blocks from Water Street (the main street in the boro with shops and restaurants) 10 min walk to Beer'd Brewery 10 min walk to Stonington Point (beach, Lighthouse museum, ocean view) This is a 1300 sq ft first floor apartment. My family and I enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location! Walking distance to everything. The only downfall was that the pull out couch was not comfortable. We would stay again!

I stayed at this lovely property for a girls’ weekend with myself, my 2 years old daughter, and two of my friends. The house was so spacious and charming! I loved the old windows! It was local to so many wonderful places (ice cream, winery, restaurants, a fun farmers market, Westerly, RI, and more!) the host was very accommodating when we asked if we could check in early. 10/10 would go back again!

This is a really great place, with all one would need during vacation. We really enjoyed staying here. It is the second time this year, and we plan to come back again next year. We just love Stonington and the surrounding area.

We had a great stay at this property which is very conveniently located near the center of town. The property manager was incredibly responsive. Our kids could walk to camp at NESS. It is larger than it looks online and very comfortably fit our family of 5. We look forward to returning!

We loved staying at this property, it is close to the Main Street in Stonington where you can walk around and it was only a 20 minute drive to Mystic. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Really sweet property in the most adorable setting. Perfect for a short stay for our family of four. Love being able to walk everywhere, super quiet area, and close to beaches. We had zero issues for which we had to reach out to Bennett, however we ended up arriving super early and he was very quick to respond when I asked about checking in early. Thank you!!

This stay fit all of our needs! We felt comfortable with the temperature at the stay as there are AC units. We LOVED the back porch!! The host was very responsive with our questions. We left thinking about coming back again!!

This beautiful, comfortable carriage house exceeded our expectations for a stay in Connecticut for a weekend wedding. My family (mom, dad and two college students) likes space to spread out and this gave us that and more. We all enjoyed the home and exploring the town of Stonington. It was so walkable. Bennett was a perfect host and very understanding of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property is roomy and well-appointed, a quiet neighborhood spot. It's easy to see why Bennett is a premium host--he answered all of our questions very promptly, and took extra effort to accommodate any requests we had. When I mentioned that we were looking for an iron/ironing board (which I THINK was mentioned in the listing), he came by with both later that afternoon. We enjoyed meeting him, and would recommend this spot for your travels in and around Stonington!

The home is lovely and very clean. The beds are all comfortable. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Bennett responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. The location is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

My parents, sibling, and her family, and I had the pleasure of staying here prior to, and immediately after my wedding. This location was wonderful for walking to the café and other destinations in the village. Super easy check in and check out! Hope to stay here again!

Would give 6 stars out of 5 for location. Very nice layout, relaxing setting, breathtaking views just down the road and if you run into a friendly tabby cat, her name is Fozzie.

An elderly relative suggested that we meet in Mystic, but we suggested that Stonington would be a quieter place for a CT coastal stay. This was a great find. The rental was roomy, convenient, and well supplied. We brought two cars and didn't have any trouble finding nearby street parking in April. Our host was prompt answering pre-booking inquiries as well as the check-in procedures. If we go back to the CT coast, we will definitely check to see if this property is available.

This place was great for a mixed bag of cousins staying for Christmas with family in the Village. It truly had the great "it's so much bigger inside than you would think from the outside" thing going on. Great kitchen I wished we used more. Super rental.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment. We visited for a few days before moving into a larger house. But, for short stays this is a perfect solution.

Equipped to a high standard, there is everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The beds , in particular were extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

Perfect Gem
We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem. It is close to everything., 2 good beaches, restaurants, Less than 5 minutes to mystic seaport. The house is very clean, you have access to a private back yard and far from the road which make is really quiet and fun for kids. My daughter and her her cousin loved the bank beds. Just an extra plus, everything is in walking distance!
