Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. The fees help cover our costs for steam cleaning between stays. We do our best to remove allergens for future guests. Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals that provide a service to their owners, for example seeing-eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies. Security: Please note, that there is a camera out front pointed toward the front yard and one in the back yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes. Pool Heating Details - Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $100 per night. - To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily. POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool, as it will damage the equipment. Doing so will result in a $1500 fine for damages No lifeguards will be on duty. Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property. Thank you for your understanding.
