While we could see the beach it should not indicate a balcony overlooking the beach. It was a small side view between buildings. Otherwise everything was fine.

We had a great time while staying at oceans villas. The weather was great, the condo was spacious and very clean. The only thing, the pool was shut down for the year. Maybe, list the closure date in the description. But we had an absolutely amazing time! Would definitely stay again.

A clean, well-kept unit (e.g., the flooring, bathrooms, and fridge were all current). The bunk beds and king bed in the one bedroom was ideal for my family. There are only two things that I would comment on: (1) only 1 of the 4 burners on the stove worked so that made it difficult to cook; (2) there was not a lot of cookware so had to make do with several meals.
Overall, I would recommend the unit but the stove needs fixed.

The condo is exactly as pictures show. Great view from balcony! Area is very quiet and traffic did not seem awful. Only negatives were more of a preference issue, not an issue with the condo (I.e. master shower too small and mattress uncomfortable).

This year we decided to travel to a northern part of Myrtle beach. This unit is remodeled and accommodated all 5 of us. Very clean and well taken care of. Everything worked. We even met the unit owner 2 days before we came home and complemented on the condo. We will definitely stay at this spot again. Only complaint I have I the parking is horrible. I'm handicapped and there is 1 spot for disabled parking. Had several people park in the handicapped spot that were not handicapped and were not even staying on the property. Called the property management company twice as well as the tow company to let them know. As expected, nothing happened.

Condo was dirty with dust on the walls, ceiling fans and around air conditioning vents.There was mold in the base of the patio doors, torn screens on the patio doors and the screen door was not in it's track.The wheels on the door were seized with rust and the whole unit needed to be replaces. Vertical slats were missing from the window covering of the patio door and the place was in general in need of a thorough cleaning.

This property was perfect. It was advertised in am amazing location. The check in process was smooth and easy. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing with your own beach access to the beach. The staff that cleans around the complex was amazing and Our group was very satisfied with our stay. Everything work perfectly and there was plenty of kitchen items to cook. Overall one of my best Verbo experiences.

This was a nice place to stay. The condo complex is showing some wear as to be expected with its age, but you can tell the rental unit was recently updated. New plumbing in the master bath and kitchen, newer appliances, and a laminate flooring along with fresh paint reflect the efforts to update the unit, and they were all appreciated. The washer/dryer stack unit was newer and surprisingly clean (compared to those in other units rented over the years), although the dryer sounded like a bearing was going on it. The pool area was clean and provided more than enough chairs for the guests in attendance during our stay, although you need to be careful of the LARGE wasps that inhabit the shrubs around the pool area. They were not aggressive, but they were certainly very present. Each bedroom and the living room had individual TVs with access to a full line-up of cable tv channels. This was much better than the typical 20-some channels basic cable subscriptions offer.
All in all it was a nice rental.

This condo was central to the beach but you had to walk through the pool to get the the beach. A new shower curtain liner would be nice. The living room blinds need replaced. The ottoman had a ripe in it. Overall it just needs a lil TLX

The condo was located in a great location in North Myrtle Beach in a small condo complex. Parking was great. Condo is on second floor so not too many steps and it was the perfect size for my daughter and I to spread out. It could comfortably fit 6-8 people. One of the best stays ever
The condo was located in a great location in North Myrtle Beach in a small condo complex. Parking was great. My friend and I had an outstanding experience with this property. When we arrived she had fallen earlier in our travel and had broken her arm. The staff at the management company were so helpful! Directed us immediately to an ER. From that moment on everything they did was five star. The condo was exactly as pictured in the website. Ocean view convenience
We actually purchased the unit next door and stayed here while renovating our unit.
The beach is literally steps out the door and the unit was clean and well equipped. We’ll be considering it as a place for friends to stay while visiting.

We were looking for a quick last minute getaway for Labor Day Weekend. The weather was great and the condo was on the beach. The space was perfect for being able to have a sitting area to lounge in without having to be in a bedroom.

Overall everything was very good. I did have a problem with the dryer, it worked but it sounded like it was going to die any minute. I would stay here again.
