Fabulous spacious two story house, with gorgeous large back yard with gloriously BIG Private Swimming Pool, BBQ Grill, Large inviting living room with extra large comfy sectional sofa, Televisions, Free play arcade machine with 60 games to choose from, High Vaulted Ceilings, 3 bedrooms 1 Den, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, shower bath tubs, Spacious fully stock kitchen with Dish washer, fridge, stove, coffee maker and so many other appliances opens up to the Large Dining room area for gatherings, laundry room with washer and dryer, Strong Wi-Fi bandwidth, Televisions in every room,TV'S with Netflix, Disney Plus, Utube. Super close to Las Vegas strip, Downtown Las Vegas, close to the airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. 🔐🚪🏠• Please Note: VRBO will be sending your beautiful vacation home’s address the morning of your check-in day, Your friendly host Ms. Rosie will be sending you the property’s access code to enter. PLEASE: note the check-in and check-out times, we may be able to work with requests for earlier check ins or later check outs IF we confirm the requests at least 24 to 48 hours prior. Since we may have guests arriving or leaving the same day, we want to allow enough time for our cleaners to work. The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. NOTE: No Parties or Visitors are aloud at all, only the guests that are staying at the house are aloud. THERE WILL BE A $1,000.00 fee if there is evidence of visitors entering the house / property. ( NO EXCEPTIONS) Please note: Guests are responsible for filling BBQ grill / Fire Pit Propane tanks. The swimming pool may be heated per guests request for an additional daily cost of $165.00 Two day’s minimum. ♨️ • Pool • Service Heating Fees • 🏊‍♀️ ~ Pool $165.00 per day (2 days minimum & 72 hours in advance notice required) Heated and operated remotely upon request • Pool light may be turned on upon request • The pool vacuum has to remain connected at all times to make sure it keeps the water clean for your enjoyment. This residence was the perfect location. Not far from the Las Vegas strip and other shopping location. The house was clean and my family loved the pool. The host had amazing communication and was very attentive, I would stay at this location ten times over. Thank you for the amazing stay.

The host was one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever communicated with. She was fabulous! She was welcoming and replied quickly. I can't say it enough how wonderful she was. We had a wonderful time at her home.

It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. There are some things that need maintenance such as broken kitchen drawers and such, but overall fit our needs.

I need a nice large home with pool for business bootcamp and convention for my team while allowing them to bring their families for a short vacation as well. The pool was put to great use. Unfortunately something happen to the night lights so it was a bit dark but kids did not seem to mind. House is nice and large, kitchen well stocked and Rosie was very responsive. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Kids had a great time in the pool. Communication was great and Rosie was very sweet. Thank you for sharing your home.

Rosie was very responsive from beginning to end. The home is just as pictured and all items needed are available. Pool and patio area are great. Be sure to have heat requested well in advance as it will be cold otherwise. The location is about 15-20 minutes to the strip and we had no issues getting an Uber/Lyft.

The pool was super nice to relax in the heat with floatys & plenty of towels. Very clean and spacious house & communication was great! It’s 20 min from strip so if you Uber it it can be anywhere from $20-50.

It was the best experience. The house was clean and well stocked. If I ever needed a question answered I got replied back to quickly. The pool was great to have as well as the seating area with the fire pit. I have no complaints and only good things about this property. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Rosie’s house, she was a very wonderful host and was very accommodating and all communications that we had with her were very prompt. We would highly recommend her home for your Las Vegas getaway and it was close to everything that you would need in regards to grocery stores and restaurants. It is located off of a busy road but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Lastly I highly recommend to pay the fee to heat the pool if you are planning to swim, it makes for a very enjoyable time and the back yard is a beautiful gathering place with the gas fireplace, webate dinner outside every night. Thanks Again Rosie!
