Well stocked kitchen, large dining table and large picnic table on the front porch overlooking the waterfront. Amazing 3 person hammock stand with center hanging table for drinks, books, sunglasses etc. Family room and living room on first floor. Open floor plan with beautiful views upstairs and down. All linens and and bath towels provided. 30 day minimum stay. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Looking mainly to rent in the off season but inquire for summer months.
