Two day getaway, relaxing and comfortable.

This facility was very close to the beach. Great view. Pool area is wonderful. Well stocked with about anything you might have forgotten. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for quiet getaway. We loved the location and communication was outstanding. Would highly recommended.

Communication w/ host=great! Snafu with trying to reserve the day b4. But, Jamie worked with us & we were booked! It was easy to find. Parking in the sand was problematic-no key to enter the gate. Overflow parking was across the street. Instructions were clear to enter the unit. It was previously a motel turned apartments. Not super updated in between nicer properties. Exterior of property was kinda low class-especially when weekenders arrived. Trash left all over-People smoking & drinking in the pool-Lots of loud groups. A little lifted eyebrow-But, ok. Pool was clean. The hot tub is not a hot tub - it's a luke warm kiddie pool. BBQ-some guests made us jealous with the smell. We appreciated the outside hose to wash off beach sand. Easy to get to beach through a locked gate. Only a beach at low tide. High tide=waves crashing against the wall of the property. 50% of the time, you have to enjoy it from the fence above. Unit itself was average+. Mostly clean 'sides some sand that was on the floor in every room. Looked like the pictures. Cute decor. Balcony view=side of property=half view of ocean. Kitchen was just barely ok stocked for 2 people. Full size fridge/stove. No dresser. Excited about w/d. D didn't work. Jamie kindly offered to reimb. The pay units on prop were great. Advertised beach gear-all 4 chairs were unusable. Towels had to suffice. Overall, it was doable for a fun beach weekend. May not stay here again though-we like more beach time.

Something was so nice. It was very clean. The only problem was the stairs. No elevator.

This was a nice place for our stay. The place is fantastic. We found it nearly perfect. Nice bonuses, beach umbrella, kids toys, built washer/dryer, great balcony view. We didnt realize that there would no be any an elevator to the 3rd floor so watch out if you need one.

This condo is beautiful and just as pictured. Jaime was very responsive. Location was so convenient. Easy access to the beach, plenty of parking, and well stocked kitchen. Bed is comfortable, linens good quality. Only thing to make all aware is that like many beach locations AC is a window unit in the living room, on a hot day, it will take a bit of time for the bedroom to cool down. But there was a fan available. Overall, I would still recommend the condo, was happy with the stay!

We are extremely familiar with NSB and just wanted a quiet place to stay over the Holiday weekend, and we lucked into Jamie's property. We sat on the porch with our coffee each morning, walked down to the beach with our chairs each day and went out to dinner each night and it was all we needed! The only issue was parking, but that is to be expected over a holiday weekend in NSB...the town with a parking issue! We highly recommend this property :)
