This property has undergone a year long major renovation from top to bottom. The stunning 7,700 sq/ft waterfront villa is located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods of Fort Lauderdale! Steps from the famous Los Olas Boulevard and just minutes away from the beach. The property has two 2-car garages and a 100ft dock with the capacity for boats up to 80ft. Around the pool you will find several lounge chairs and a covered cabana for dinners by the water. Let loose in the game room, featuring a home theatre, pool table, and private bar... Or get some work done with a full private office! More about the property... The Villa: All 5 bedrooms feature it's own private en suite. In addition to the 5 private bathrooms, there are 2 common area restrooms located on the first floor. The Master Bedroom is fit for Royalty and is also perfectly built for those moments when you need a break from the rest of the family... Featuring a very spacious sleeping area, a meditation style seating area attached to it, a private balcony, a large walk in closet and then just down the hall is the Master Bathroom with his and her sinks, toilets and a large two person walk in shower directly behind the bathtub. The home office has a full size desk, ample shelf/cabinet space, a TV, a printer/scanner, and of course, 4 windows for letting the light in to keep your mental juices flowing. The second floor has a common lounge area perfect for slipping away to read a good book or magazine. The outdoor cooking station is located directly next to the cabana, which seats 8, with a fully functional propane grill, cooktop and sink so that you can chat with your other guests while preparing dinner. Around the pool there is a seating lounge that fits 4-6 guests and throughout the patio there are several sunbathing chairs to soak in the Florida sun. Lining the balconies of the villa are relaxing Adirondack chairs. The back porch features a propane fueled fire pit for cool nights. Entertainment: The Villa is equipped with a sound system throughout all interior common areas, the master bedroom and the back patio. The family room features a full bar, billiards table and home theatre. There are two paddle boards available for drifting along the Nurmi Isles, where you'll see endless beautiful homes and yachts of all sizes docked alongside them.
