Freshly updated LAKEFRONT condo with a wood burning fireplace that is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway. It's a short walk to the lakefront boardwalk that winds around Marina Cove. Also close to a sandy beach, the Linger Longer Pavilion, bike paths, and ample space to dock your boat. We are also just 4 miles from the Ritz-Carlton. *Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed, luxury walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and plenty of space to relax. *Second bedroom includes a new queen bed and sizable closet. *Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and all new appliances (coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). Plates, glasses and utensils are also new. *Family room is spacious yet cozy with large flat screen TV. Couch is new and has a queen-sized/high-quality foam pullout mattress. Other amenities included: *Washer & Dryer (brand new) *Luxury Towels and Sheets (new) *New Furniture *Hardwood Floors *Pack 'n Play (if you have a little one) *High Chair (again, for the lil tike) *Full size air mattress that is VERY comfortable *Paper Towels, TP, cleaning products, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, curling iron, hair dryer and electric blower for any leaves on patio, and of course, good times are also included **BEST part of the condo is the incredible lake views - especially for the beautiful, colorful sunsets over the water!

This cottage was right on the water. It was extremely nice and clean. Cutely decorated. Everything seemed like new. I had a question and reached out to the owner. They were very responsive and kind. We would definitely take our family back.

We picked Jared’s place as we were attending a family reunion in the community. The neighborhood is lovely and the unit faces the water and dock which wraps around the lakes for a nice walk in the mornings. The space is very tastefully decorated and well appointed. We did wish it had a few items that weren’t there: luggage racks, hangers, tissues, and sugar for our coffee but other than those, we were very comfortable well taken care of by our host’s communications.

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Reynolds Lake Oconee is a nice community. We will probably not return, as we found out just before we went there that the many key Reynold's features were not available to us - restaurants, pools (per the condo owner).

The property was nice inside. There were a few things that we thought the property could use: Kleenex, rack to hold a suitcase, and hangers for clothing. Also, the ants were taking over the pillar on the outside porch so you may want to have a pest service look at this area.

Great place to stay. Condo faces the lake and is next to the marina. Everything was very nice. Clean, comfortable, attractive, new appliances and stocked with everything you need. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly. Good place for 1-2 couples or small family. Would stay there again.

Beautiful property! My family stayed here while attending a wedding in the area. Perfect location, and the property was everything promised and more.

My husband and I stayed at the property for a mini getaway for a couple days and everything was perfect. The unit is very well appointed, loved all the art and furnishings, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. We loved being so close to the marina where we rented a boat for a day, and within driving distance of all the attractions of Reynolds/Lake Oconee. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a long weekend in this delightful condo for my sons wedding across the cove at The Linger Longer Pavilion. Jared was fantastic to work with and answered all of my questions with patience and a sense of hospitality! I highly recommend working with him and staying in his very comfortable place!

Just what we hoped for!
My wife and I wanted a quick get away from the kids. We looked for a relaxing location, where we could take scenic walks, and feel safe and secure. All of our needs were met, and we plan on returning to this property. We are even considering bringing the kids!

Beautiful, just enough privacy
My friend and I looked for a place at Reynolds and found this charming and wonderfully decorated condo on Lake Oconee. We needed breaks from All! It is five minutes from the Ritz, where we enjoyed a few meals at their restaurants. Quick access to a Publix. Walk out the door to boardwalk and dog beach. Yes! So fun to watch. We are older and celebrating 50 years of being friends. Thank you for such a SUPER CLEAN! REPEAT...SPOTLESS CLEAN and beautiful stay. I would have only one negative. The family room fan did not work. We really wanted it to work but did not call anyone. And the lamps needed bulbs. We didn't want to be bothered by a service call. We will probably make this an annual stay!!!

We would stay again! Very clean and decorated tastefully. The only thing that I would have liked was a box of Kleenex in the bathroom. Didn't think to bring one with. Tried to do a load of towels as instructed when we were leaving, but I couldn't find any detergent, so just left them in the washer with the lid open.

We had plenty of room to spread out, with a large family room/dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the area very quiet at night for sleeping. We loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the lake views, or walking around the lake. Jared did a fantastic job of communicating throughout and we would definitely stay here again.
