Nestled in Redding, this charming house for $215 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Check out our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It’s in a great location in east-central Redding, just a block away from miles of walking trails at Lema Ranch, just a couple of minutes from the core shopping center, and a quick and easy 8 minutes from Bethel church. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed (hybrid memory foam mattress) with a great walk-in closet (great place to setup the included pack-n-play for a little one) and separate bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, also with a hybrid memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a fun bunk bed with a twin memory foam mattress on top and a full memory foam mattress on the bottom. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig, standard coffee maker, 6-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large French-door refrigerator, and ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking dishes and utensils. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa and a smart TV for streaming from your subscription services via Airplay or Chromecast. The house has a spacious back yard with patio furniture, a propane grill, and afternoon shade. There is a full size, high-efficiency washer and dryer set. The house is air conditioned with a Nest thermostat for comfort and efficiency. WiFi with high speed cable Internet is included. The driveway includes paved parking for 2 cars and there is gravel parking to the south side of the house behind a gate for your boat or travel trailer. This home is perfect and peaceful. My family and I felt so at home here, and we had a wonderful time staying here! The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were nice and dark throughout the early morning. The kitchen was well equipped with the extras that you would want in your home away from home. The backyard was AWESOME for the kids to play outside, with great patio furniture options. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience, with the house as well as the hosts. I highly recommend this home, especially if traveling with family/kids. We appreciate the chance to share this home, thanks to the hosts for having us!

We enjoyed a full week at Fayette House in Redding! It is conveniently located to all things Redding! We did day trips from the house a couple of days and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood & patio most evenings. Highly recommend!

We rented this home for our daughter, sil and 5 grands during a recent visit. The home had everything they needed, was children friendly and was located near shopping and has easy freeway access too. The host was very responsive and everything in the listing is accurate. Very clean and welcoming space.

Joel is great! The place is great! But here’s where this place shines!!! They give you plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, linens, extra blankets, and even extra pillows. Even the kitchen - though I didn’t use it much - was stocked. Seriously, I have stayed at many vacation rentals in other states and countries. It is all these little comforts we take for granted that can make or break your stay. This place has it all (with the minor exception of bath soap so be sure to bring some.) My friends and I plan to stay here on future trips.

With 3 littles, I can appreciate the simplicity of this home! Enough sitting for the family in the living room & dining room. Beautiful furniture without a lot of clutter around. It’s very close to my parents’ home and was just perfect!

We were in town for a softball tournament at Big League Dreams, less than 5 minutes away!! This house was the perfect fit for our group. Super cute, clean, and great for families with small kids. Everything we needed was provided! The house had plenty of extra towels and blankets and was very warm and cozy. It was great to park in the garage overnight so we didn’t have to unload all of our equipment. I won’t hesitate to stay here again when we are in town for softball!!

Joel was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful to answer all my questions. This house accommodated all eight of us. Very kid/toddler friendly. Restaurants and grocery stores are very close by.

My family and I stayed at this property while attending a family reunion in Palo Cedro. The location was great ... easy to get to everything. The house itself was immaculate, well stocked and tastefully decorated. We only had adults in our party, but I noticed that they had helpful items for young children as well, such as a Pack N Play. The only snag we encountered was that there were only 4 bath towels available and we had 5 adults, but I contacted Joel to ask about it, and he let me know there should have been more; Kristen promptly brought over extras. We were very pleased with our stay, and would definitely recommend it to others!

We are so glad we stayed here for our trip. It was a great home base as we explored the area. The home was exactly as pictured and had all of the comforts of being in a home, plus some. I loved the area, right next to Lema Ranch and Churn Creek trails. Beautiful place to go walking and see wildlife. I chose this place because they had amenities for small children and that made all the difference to us. The master closet was a perfect room for our little one to sleep in: dark, quiet, and cool. It was so nice to not have to pack her portable crib and utensils and booster seat because they had all of that at the house. I would highly recommend this rental. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was so kind to let us use the wagon they had in the garage for our little one. That was a huge blessing for us as we didn’t have room to pack the stroller. In summary, we had a great experience and would love to come back

This is a beautiful home with more features than my home! We so appreciated all of the extras and the many spaces for a difficult time for our family. We had our private areas and with the multiple common areas, no one got on anyone's nerves 😉. The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed cooking and grilling. Quiet street yet close to everything!

We arrived in the early morning hours after a long flight. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very nice, clean and comfortable home! We stayed a week and simply loved our time here. Home is close to everything, property management was very responsive to questions, and we’ll stay here again the next time we’re in Redding.
