Welcome to our newly renovated mobile home! Located on the upper end of a canal, we are just a short 5 minute paddle to the Gulf of Mexico. Make sure to be on the lookout for dolphins and manatees, as you navigate the canal system on your complimentary kayaks, launched directly from our private floating dock =). The area surrounding our home provides an abundance of: restaurants, stores, biking trails, natural springs, beautiful beaches, and rivers. The house was very nice, looked like the picture's. We enjoyed the kayaks and the beach chairs they provide for use were very helpful! Anthony checked on us while we were staying there to see if we had any concerns. We didn't, but sure if we did he would of made it right. Great place to stay at a great price! Would highly recommend.

Sat on swing in the sun, kayaking. Quiet. Easy access to restaurants with water views. Very comfortable bed!

Very clean, nice location, close to all shops and parks. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions without any issues. Property listing is accurate as listed. We enjoyed our stay!!

My family and I spent the weekend to catch up on family time and some R&R. We did just that! We utilized the kayaks, paddle board, grill, Jenga, and hammocks! My kidssss loved the hammocks! We fished and just enjoyed our time. We hit the local ice cream shop and Hudson Beach Park. This property is close to EVERYTHING! We absolutely enjoyed it!

Clean, awesome canal property
This is a clean, modern awesome property to stay at. It’s right on the canal and there are kayaks to use during the stay. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Sweet little nest
First off, Anthony was wonderful to deal with. He responded immediately to any questions we had and was very accommodating to anything we needed. The house itself is comfortable, clean and has everything you could ask for. It sits on the canal and we spent many hours outside watching the birds and laying in the hammock. Location is central to tons of restaurants, stores, and activities. Cute little gem!

I came for a month to work remotely and was everything I needed with no complaints. The listing was accurate and Anthony was quick and easy to communicate with.
The neighbourhood was quiet, including the surrounding neighbours and you can stroll around easily in the surrounding streets for walks. I would definitely recommend it for a low key stay. The Internet was fast and the kitchen even had reusable containers for leftovers if you cook.

Perfect couples/small family getaway

So friendly and inviting and it didn't stop there , everywhere my boyfriend and I went , the locals of the area were so welcoming and helpful. It really made a difference in our experience , we felt like we were miles away from everything ❤️ the home is on a really beautiful spot , right by the water ... We loved the free kayaks ! Great scenery from the canals and u get to the part where it opens up to the gulf of Mexico and 😱 ITS BEAUTIFUL.... LIKE AN ENDLESS POOL ... We got amazing pictures 🤩
We are coming back !!! We found our perfect quick getaway with the best spot!
