PRIVATE RESIDENCE This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner. PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles (4), there is absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street or the city will issue a ticket to the owner of the car. PET POLICY Pets are NOT permitted on premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay. This is a NON SMOKING property. *EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. Guest Access: Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available.
