This is a nice house with plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. It is located near numerous restaurants. If you want to prepare your own food and eat in, the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this property again.

Loved our stay, and the house was wonderful and in a great location in Benton! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean with all the necessary amenities provided. Wi-Fi signal was strong. Babs was fantastic at communication! Highly recommend.

Heard’s Haven is the perfect name for this place. It is beautifully decorated with a great layout including spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms! We loved the well stocked kitchen, the roomy office to work on, and the privacy. We felt like when we came back every day that we were totally secluded. My boys especially loved the rain shower heads and the cool fireplace. Attention to detail was most appreciated from the skylight in the laundry room bath to all of the eclectic artwork. Barbara was quick to respond always and kindly let us stay another week to accommodate our plans. Thank you Barbara for sharing your wonderful home!!

The home was in a great location, just 3 minutes south of I-30. The house was clean and tasteful decorated. Close to dinning and shopping. I will definitely stay here again if available. Ms. Barbara helped us add an extra night to our stay and was very communicative.

If I could sum it up, I’d say it was like staying at grandma’s house and I mean that in the best possible way. It is an older remodeled home that is very cozy, expansive and clean. Although it’s in the city limits, the street it’s on makes it feel like it’s in a more rural area. My entire family actually loved the stay, and we may consider staying here whenever we are home visiting again. I did miss that there is only one TV, but that doesn’t have to be an issue since we all need to unplug sometimes anyway. Plus, who doesn’t have a phone? The house was beautifully staged, so kudos to the designer. We also met the owners and they seem like really good, friendly people.

We visited family, dug for diamonds, went to Old Fashioned Day in Benton. Met and ate with more famy at Jim's Razorback Pizza in Maumelle ....❤️❤️❤️❤️ and ur house was perfect for resting after a long day 😊😊

Our family was in need of a home to stay in while attending a funeral. This home was ideal. The house was immaculate and the beds/linens/pillows were of HIGH quality as well as the furniture and home decor. It was an oasis for our family during a sad occasion. The hostess was on point with all communication and I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

This house was AWESOME. Lots of room for our family to attend a funeral and reminisce afterwards. Inside and outside seating with large kitchen and grill. There was also an office to work from. Playing hide and go seek would be great for kids there was so much room. Will definitely book again when going home to visit others.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room. All 3 beds are very comfortable. The 4 bathrooms are very nice. It is easy to find and close to everything. It is the perfect place! Owner is very communicative and quick to respond to questions. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home, they are close by and got us inside in minutes. The back and side yard is fenced. We did not get to use due to cold weather, but it is well kept. Nothing was lacking. Everyone in the family agree that we would rent again if we get back to Bryant, AR.

We left relaxed and refreshed! The home gave everyone enough space to spread out and we loved that we could park in the garage! I loved this house not only because we were able to spread out as a family and kick back but also because of the wonderful ambiance (and the touches of green throughout the house). It made me happy. We were in town visiting family and friends and needed a relaxing but convenient place for us and the kids. This location was perfect in every way I can think of for what we needed it to be. It has a big yard and patio for the kids to run around. The house itself is quite large so it is excellent for friends and family to come visit us. Every room in the house is quite comfortable. The living room has a nice electric fireplace feature along with the wall mounted TV. The host was very responsive to our needs, but we didn't have many since almost everything was anticipated. We hope to return for our next family visit.
