This house was a perfect size and awesome with all its amenities. The fireplace didn’t work at first but they were able to get someone out the next day. Ice machine stopped working but that was the only issue we ran into.
The property is perfect and we really had a great stay. Will definitely be returning for another weekend or longer.

The moment you walk in the door of this home, you go 'wow'. The expanse of the beautiful kitchen adjoining the dining room was perfect for our group. Each room was beautifully decorated and had terrific beds. Each of us were fighting as to who was going to sleep in the bunk beds room. Large hot tub was a bonus and that firepit!! The staff were so friendly and helpful during the reservation process; and the property guide was state of the art. Would definitely return.

This was a girls getaway for my 50th and it was perfect! 14 girls coming and going and it never felt cramped. Hot tub was great since nights are getting chilly, the game room added extra fun, all the beds were so comfy including in the bunk room. Everyone noted how beautiful it was and the open space was nice. Our texts were responded to quickly and and very friendly. Thank you for sharing your home with us and my 50th couldn’t have been much better!

All was well with the house except a couple of items (not to complain but for you to improve).
1. Oven mitt had hole in it; two people burned their hands
2. Ice maker is dismal (we had no ice most of weekend)
3. Need to leave more than 2 extra garbage bags in kitchen
4. Would be nice to have foil, plastic wrap in kitchen.
5. One of the chairs by fire pit needs strap repaired.

My 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren plus a son-in-law and 2 significant others and 2 pet dogs came to celebrate my 80th birthday.

The property was super nice, and clean. Music was playing as we entered. That was a nice touch! The communication and reposiveness was fantastic even with a couple minor issues. One of which... the AC was not working. They sent out a tech right away who found the problem and fixed it quickly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the property and would certainly consider coming back. 😀

This house was such a great getaway for our stay in Suncadia. The house was immaculate and well taken care of with anything we could need to have a good time. I also cannot say enough good things about the property management team. They were professional, easy to communicate with and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

The home was fully equiped with everything we needed. We appreciated the well stocked supply of kid friendly cups, dishes and plates. The close proximity to the golf course made for a perfect place to play in the snow.

Amazing new house with lots of space and many entertainment options including multiple fire pits, hot tube, large game room, and exquisite kitchen. Calli, with the management team provided amazing customer service to ensure a great experience (thank you Calli!). One of our cars was briefly stuck in the snow in the driveway, and one of the cleaners, Aricka was at the house and jumped in to help us shovel snow from the tires. The house was fantastic, and we would stay here again. The high level of customer service was genuine and outstanding!

What a wonderful home to celebrate my special birthday with my friends in a beautiful home that was exactly like the photos. CLEAN, spacious and a kitchen that was stocked with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. We could tell a lot of thought went into the details for the kitchen amenities. The open floor plan allowed everyone to visit as we worked in the kitchen or dining area. Unfortunately the ice maker was not working. With bedrooms located downstairs and upstairs, this allowed our group to have privacy. All the bathrooms provided plenty of towels as well as the laundry room had extra large towels for the jacuzzi which we did not use. The game room was heated which was nice since it had started to snow. The covered patio offered a great area to gather around the firepit for smores. During the morning and afternoon, it was neat seeing the turkeys and mule deer coming along the backyard and on our walks. Evenings the house had a nice ambience with the fireplace going. Communication was great from the time I made the reservation working with James to any questions needed during our stay. Both James and Ella responded promptly. All my guests had a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing!

The property was as described. The kids loved the bunk room and game room! The community was perfect, peaceful and beautiful. Home was well stocked with items needed for a large group of people. We only found a few items not cleaned well (utensils, hair in one bed). There was prompt and helpful communication with the property management company. We would absolutely stay agiain.

We had a family group of 18 people. We enjoyed the lake, Dawson Park, visiting Cle Elum, the thousand steps, walking the paved trails, and the peaceful atmosphere. The game room, the hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit were all such a bonus. We loved the home. It had everything we needed.

We planned a summer vacation where we could travel from the Phoenix area with our daughter's family to the Seattle area where we could meet up with our son's family and enjoy some much needed family time...especially after being unable to do so during Covid. Basecamp turned out to be the perfect property for our combined families. We had three couples and four grandchildren ages from 4 to 13. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs bedroom includes three double bunkbeds and a large screen TV...our three grandsons were in heaven! All of the bedrooms were large and super comfortable. The bathrooms are beautifully done and spacious...especially the master.The kitchen is new and modern and large enough to accommodate all ten of us. We made most of our meals at home and the extra refrigeration in the garage/gameroom was helpful. The entire home is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spa was a favorite with the grandkids. The Suncadia property has so many hiking trails and other amenities and Basecamp is perfectly located to enjoy them all. Nelson Farm had activities for the kids like archery, build-a-bear, tie dye shirt making, etc.We were contacted by the property manager during our trip to discuss any problems we might be having and they were super helpful and friendly.Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our group which included family from out of state who flew in to Seattle. It was close enough for the skiers to hit Alpental and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us! The property manger was very on top of communication. The deer on the back patio were a nice treat!

Our group had an amazing time at this house! This house was stocked with everything you would essentially need. It was spotless when we came. Check in was a smooth ride. The management was so responsive and would check up to make sure our needs were met. We loved the hot tub and fireplace additions. This house made us feel at home. I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay here again.
