Incredible Waterfront Home on Hayden Lake
About this house rental
Hayden Lake waterfront retreat! This home is situated in the desirable English Point. As you walk through the door you will see the large beatiful open kitchen leading into the dining area and on to the one of four decks that give breathtaking views of Hayden Lake. To the right of the dining room is the living room that has high vaulted ceilings and large windows reaching all the way to the ceiling that give you beautiful views no matter which way you look while sitting with a glass of wine and reading your favorite book. Going upstairs to the master bedroom there is a comfortable sitting area with a tv for watching your favorite movies. To the right is the master bedroom which has it's own bathroom and laundry room. The masterbedroom also has one of the best views in the house with a deck that makes you feel like you are literally high amoung the tree tops. Heading downstairs you will find another living room to your right that has a large sectional couch and a large tv for fun movie nights. Downstairs also has a full bathroom and laundry room as well as a bunkbed with a trindle bed perfect for the kids and a bedroom right next to it. The lower floor also has a large deck for sitting and enjoying the spectacular views. Going of the lower deck to the right you can walk down the stairs to the bottom large deck which leads right down to the deep water boat dock where you can take a nice dip in the lake or go for ride on the boat. If you love hiking there is plenty of then just minutes away. We hope you enjoy this beautiful rustic home as much as we do.. Enjoy

Our family group of 10 stayed for 5 nights and it could not have been more perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also to gather together. The seating on.the main deck is right off the kitchen and dining room and was perfect for our group. The beds were especially comfortable , not something you always get when you rent a vacation house. But as much as we all enjoyed the house, the lake was a main attraction. The steps down to the dock and water are a little steep and a handrail would be a great addition. There were some paddle boards and kayaks and a big foam float. We brought our own life jackets.
All in all, it was a great place for us to gather as a family and celebrate our 50th anniversary. Thankyou, we all loved it.

We loved being right on the lake especially since it was 100+ degrees! The property had several fans and portable air conditioners but central air would be nice. Lots of stairs inside and out so not a good place for young children.

We visited Idaho during the summer and our kids called this house the best vacation destination we have ever spent time at. Every afternoon, they could walk down the steps and swim at the lake. The house has everything one could ever want for activities at the lake, and to have wonderful meals thorughout the day. The bedrooms are large, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen and living room(s) cozy and spacious. The deck outside the kitchen has wonderful views of the lake all day long. We would certainly visit again.

Amazing views and a very well-equipped house. My kids loved the water toys, and we appreciated the kayaks, paddle boards and all of the kitchen items that went well beyond what we expected.

My family had an amazing stay in this beautiful lake home! The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, and spices. The views are breathtaking from every deck and our kids spent hours playing in the water from the dock. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Being on the lake was wonderful and the house inside was accommodating to everything we needed inside. There were only a few minor problems that we came across. The dock was sinking pretty bad on one side. The stairs down to the dock are very steep and needs hand rails to hold onto. There is really only two parking spots which are in the garage and with such a large group that was difficult. The property manager was great and accompanied everything we asked.

We traveled to Hayden Idaho for a family vacation on Hayden Lake. The home was named “The tree house on Hayden Lake”. The road to this home is very steep and narrow and could be an issue if the weather was bad. The home itself is beautiful and decorated with large chairs and couches on each floor which made it very comfortable and the house is beautiful decorated. The view was breathtaking and amazing from the multiple decks. There are some rather steep and numerous steps to get down to the dock, some with no handrail for part of the walkways. Kayaks were provided and some plastic lawn chairs were available but needed to be cleaned and then broke when sat on.
The kitchen was well equipped and provided everything you need. The pantry was well stocked. A BBQ is available on the main deck as well a table and chairs and large couch on the main deck. The railing on the main floor deck was wobbly and could be a safety factor.
We loved the home but found some cleaning issues upon our arrival that had to be dealt with that lowered my overall score. The decks and patio furniture needed to be swept and cleaned on all three decks, mouse dropping were found in pantry, main floor bedroom on the pillows and basement in the beach towels. The exterior of the BBQ needed to be cleaned off and grate had rust on it. The entry way has a decorative bench that could not be used to put in shoes etc which wasn’t practical.
We enjoyed our stay despite having to do some initial cleaning.

We really enjoyed this property which was well equipped. However there was an overwhelming chemical smell in the garage which permeated our cars interior causing us to park outside, disturbing discovery upon arrival of rat in the basement toilet, and the upstairs TV had inadequate reception making it impossible to use.
Overall we enjoyed being right on the water, the livability of the main floor, and the layout and deck of the master bedroom suite.

The property was great - had everything you need. experience lived up to the description on the listing. great views, quiet neighbors, paddle boards/kayaks avail for use. short stairs to get down to lake. appreciated having some of the basic amenities available so we didn't have to deal with it (spices, paper towels, etc...). honestly nothing to complain about besides a couple of older dock chairs that broke when we sat in them and construction noise a couple houses down. We'll definitely look to go back!

Heaven on the Lake
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Everything was perfect for our family gathering. All the different levels afforded all the different age groups places to relax and sleep. One thing I would caution is the steps down to the dock are challenging for older occupants. There is a section without handrails per se but. Both my husband and I are in our seventies and went up and down daily. The dock was wonderful. Perfect weather and the lake water was divine. Can't wait for next year.

The best Vrbo
We had the most amazing family vacation at this property. It is the most equipped VRBO I have stayed it. They had every kitchen item you would need. The views were amazing from every deck… everything about it was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing Rental - Highly Recommend!
Property Management was five stars. - great communication.
Property itself was fabulous. It's pretty secluded and access to the water was amazing. We did a lot of fishing and SUP off the dock. It was a relaxing few days. I would caution the stairs to the water are quite steep and there really isn't any flat yard. We had no issues but my kids are 6 and 9. The grandparents with us also had no issues getting up and down the stairs, but I could see the stairs being tough if I had toddlers or less mobile older parents. I'd HIGHLY recommend this listing though.

Great Views!
This property was perfect for our family reunion. It was clean, well-stocked, and the views were amazing. While the weather wasn't great, we could at least enjoy looking at the lake. The last day we caught some fish off the dock.

We rented this lake house in winter. The drive down to the house was very steep. They aren't kidding when they say you need 4 wheel drive when there is snow. When we arrived, the house was about 50 degrees and there was no water. Once we turned on all the heaters and the breakers for the water heat tape, all was good. House was clean, comfortable, and the view was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed for family meals and bathrooms had bidets. For safety, We did need to move a bunk bed away from a heater vent since it was charring the wood. One of the wall heaters downstairs didn't work, but they had plenty of portable space heaters. We had a few problems but we were able to figure out solutions.

Lovely home on the lake
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lakefront location. The house has gorgeous views, a great kitchen to cook in and a cozy downstairs to watch movies from. The linens were very nice. The only downside is you can’t have boat trailers and parking is tight - but that is probably the same for most properties on Hayden Lake.
