Guest Access: The unit has three dedicated tandem parking spot in front of the unit. Pictures show three mid size SUV can fit. After parking, walk up two flight of stairs to the unit entrance. There are no elevators. Property is not handicapped accessible. Property is not pets accessible. You will be provided an access code to get in the unit, a day before your arrival. The access code will be good throughout the duration of your stay only. SNOW SEASON PARKING : We don't guarantee parking in our parking lanes during snow storms as plow trucks must do their jobs. Guest must pull out pf the parking lanes and find their own street parking, of which plenty maybe available during winter season, down the end of Atlantic Ave. For the duration of the storm, guests vehicles may not be returning back to our parking lanes until storm has ended and parking lot has been cleared by plow crew. Guests shall manage their own snow shoveling, such as around their cars etc. Shovels are available on premises. If our parking lanes are clear of snow, three cars or less can park, depending on what may fit as snow piles can take its own space. If you need guaranteed onsite snow season parking during snowstorm, we mayn't be the right choice for your needs.
