Nestled in White Salmon, this attractive condo for $321 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located and architecturally designed modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon. Located one block from all of White Salmon’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shops, and half a block from Rheingarten Park. This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon. In this building we offer eight different short-term rentals. We have two penthouse units with small rooftop decks, four one bedroom suites, and four two bedroom suites. There is a full kitchen with cookware. We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv). Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only). There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building. But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building. We do have an EV charger and a designated spot for it, on the east side of the building. Once your vehicle is charged please move it so other guests can use the charger. With a maximum of two pets. We do allow pets so long as they don’t bark. The reason for this is because this residence is located in a building that has other guests, so we want to minimize noise.

This apartment was exactly how the pictures depict it. Clean and neat. It is a block from the main drag and easy parking. Well stocked. Our only suggestion would be to add window coverings to the large windows, as the apartments across the alley are 30 feet away… makes it in comfy to walk around after dark. We will go back though.

Property was easy to find, one small mishap with the code but the property owner was immediately responsive. Street parking but easy to find a spot. A half of a block to the main street of shops and restaurants, close proximity to wineries. Everything was super clean and organized, seems to be a very new listing. If you looked beyond the neighboring roof, you can see the river and Mt Hood. Bed was super comfy and the towels were soft. Bathroom could use some hooks for hand towels. The small windows above the front door allow tall people to see in and let the bright exterior lights shine through at night. Definitely will come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet place at the center of adorable White Salmon. Communication was great, everything was clean and worked. We appreciated the Bose speaker and the electric tea kettle. it’s also clear that this place will likely get better with time. Right now it’s pretty much no frills. For example, there was only one bedside table. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.

Within blocks of all the amazing restaurants that White Salmon has to offer. Lovely view of Mt Hood, well stocked, and spacious. Beyond that the place lacked charm, warmth and any sort of personality. The outdoor hall lights stay on all night, which is a bit much - kind of like an institution. Additionally, we had to take the bedroom lamp to the living room for better ambiance. The living area leaves a bit to be desired - a bit empty, boxy and no outdoor space.
