When you wish to view things from a higher perspective your private third-floor rooftop deck is the perfect place to watch the ever-changing colors of the western sunset as you dine al fresco. The separate living room area offers elegant French door access to the front patio. A dining area for eight completes this spacious, well-designed area. There is also a half bath in this area for your convenience. A landing at the top of the stairs that takes you to the 2nd floor features an work/play zone where you will find a desk and chair and wireless printer if needed. A spacious second-floor primary suite in the front part of the home has French door access to a balcony overlooking the patio, as well as a TV, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a separate large Jacuzzi tub. A second king bedroom with a ceiling fan and a third bedroom with 2 DOUBLE beds and a ceiling fan are in the back of the home on the 2nd floor. There is a shared bath here with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, and the laundry is conveniently located on this floor as well. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, and cable.
