Do not lock bottom lock- will cause smart lock to fail and you will get locked out. The Neighborhood: Safe, quite neighborhood. Many shops, restaurants, grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive. Conveniently located: ~5 miles to beach ~5 minutes groceries, food and gas Getting Around: Restaurants and shopping easily accessible by car (many options 10 minutes or less).
