The view was beautiful and the property was nice & conveniently located. When we arrived there was an overwhelming chemical smell in the condo, we assume it must have been something they had cleaned with and by the 3rd day it was gone.The bathtub in the master barely drains and fills with water while trying to shower, the kitchen faucet handle is broken, the toilet in the master is wobbly and you have to hold the handle down to get it to flush, the furniture is very outdated, both the sliding doors to the balcony are hard to open and one of the handles is loose from people having to lift up on it to get it open, the ice maker does not work, the dryer keeps flashing clean lint and there is no lint in the lint trap, there was no dustpan for sweeping, there was no cookie sheet or pizza pan to use in the oven, all the shelves on the inside of the refrigerator door were missing. Overall the unit could definitely use a good updating and decorating.

The view of the water. The Condo was dirty and had residue of foods on furniture. The floors were very dirty as where the furniture. The dust pan was broken in half. There was no cleaning supplies. The toaster oven is rusty and dirty an eye sore with baked on food stains. There was plaster off the ceiling falling in the bath room, The toilets and showers were and have not been cleaned. The rugs were not vaccumed. The ironing board is so rusty it needs to be replaced. There was no iron. There was an odor of staleness which was unpleasant. The extra sheets had not been cleaned nor was the blankets. The inside cabinets in both bathrooms were dirty were spare towels were kept. The TV remotes did not work and it took a long time to decipher which remote was for what. We had to replace batteries in all remotes because there were dead. The cords hanging down from the large TV in the Living room an eye sore and dusty and oily. The cushions on the balcony were full of mold and dirty. There were fresh food stains on the lazy boy recliner and there was nothing to clean it with. The fan does not work in the Living room. Poor lighting in the first bedroom. Food Stains, dust and dirt on all of the furniture wicker in this bedroom. The lamp shade is in rags and dusty. I started sneezing and coughing after a few minutes in this room and decided to go home( I live in Summerdale) and obtain my air filter. It needs a new paint job has the walls had major scratches with lose of sheet rock wall. I pulled the chair recliner back and there was an incredible amount of food, old sticky candy and dirt under it. The TV (small) in the first bedroom with the wicker furniture fell on my head when I tried to open the drawer. It is a hazard and should be anchored. The TV channels had nothing but commercials and there was no selection worth watching. The sliding glass window was full of hand stains and muck. All Rugs were dirty and needed vacuming expect both vacuums in closet were full and needed to be emptied. So apparently whoever cleans this condo does not vacuum. and a very poor very minimal job. It look as if they only went in and changed the sheets has the comforters and bedspread had an odor. The toaster oven continued to trip the breaker when the coffee pot or another appliance was running like the beater. The baking pans were full of rust. Also the Ice Maker in the refrigerator does not work at all. The first day my husband and I were there I had to clean the condo. I purchased a new broom and dust pan. I also bought cheap towels and cleaner to mop all tile floor. I also had to clean the toilets and the showers in each bathroom.The last thing I will mention is the outside door open bar hinge is not only broken but so rusty I was afraid it was going to break off each time I would go in and out of the condo.

We have stayed in OH 1702 several times. Now that Vacasa has taken over and charging over double it really needs to be remodeled. Vents are a mess, walls need painting. This unit needs much attention. OH itself needs attention. It used to be so well taken care of. Very disappointed in this trip.

We have stayed in OH 1702 several times. Now that Vacasa has taken over and charging over double it really needs to be remodeled. Vents are a mess, walls need painting. This unit needs much attention. OH itself needs attention. It used to be so well taken care of. Very disappointed in this trip.
