The Andrea Abode features a large living room; fully stocked eat-in kitchen with premium cooking utensils; comfy dining room; large game room with pool table, games, and large TV; 5 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping a total of 14, and each containing their own tv; 2 full bathrooms; and a washer/dryer. If that isn't enough, the large backyard features a private yard with a grill, spacious covered patio, and a large fire pit. Bedroom Layout: Upstairs Master - King Bed Upstairs Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed Upstairs Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Beds Downstairs Master - 1 King Bed Downstairs bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bunk bed (Pack and play available) The location of this home is excellent! Andrea Abode is within walking distance of Wellington Park and Stonewall Shopping center. Check-In: 4pm / Check-Out: 10am Cancellation Policy: $50 Fee Before 30 days - Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25) - $50 cancellation fee

There were a few minor things that needed repair. The shower/tub downstairs but overall it was a nice house for a family. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Had a great time at andrea abode. Comfy beds, lots of space, kitchen worked great, lots of TVs, and lots of game space. For a bunch of guys there for a bachelor party, it was the perfect jumping off point to the bourbon trail. Make sure you try crank and boom, the ice cream down the street!

Nice home in a nice area. Easy to communicate with owner via text, dealt with issues promptly. Check in was seamless, which was awesome considering we had a 8+ hour drive in from the Midwest and didn't get in until 10pm local time. Home is bigger than it appears from street, we had 12 in our party, including 7 kids so that was a plus. Only negative was that we couldn't extend to enjoy the property one more day, it was already booked! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks again Joel! Proverbs 3:5,6

It was just what we needed. Plenty of room. The only down side is that with 13 people, 2 bathrooms had to be time managed. But I would stay there again!

We had a great stay. The family enjoyed the game room. Extremely clean. Kitchen well stocked with things to cook with. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood.

Property as advertised. Plenty of room for 9 people. Four adults and 5 kids (5 to 12).
Easy to get around town, and close to shopping to get the stuff you forgot!
Had a small problem with the heater in the garage, but the owner responded promptly! To be fair our “Spring Break” was more of a winter break with snow flurries and temps in the upper 20’s tp low 40’s.

We are a multigenerational family who vacations together. This was the perfect house for us. 5 bedrooms means everyone had their own space. The game room was great for the whole family with pool, pac-man & foosball. The house was clean, well organized and had plenty of towels for all 10 of us. Loved to sit on the back patio in the mornings and drink coffee or hot cocoa. Loved the weather, they ordered it especially for us since we came from Texas!

We loved staying here! The location was great and the house was so nice and cozy for our little group of families. We will definitely stay again if we are staying in Lexington in the future!

Lexington Split level
The house was very nicely updated. Kitchen, dinning, living room area set up very nice. Plenty of beds for our family. the kids loved the game room in the garage. The back yard was very spacious but raining when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy it. We were in town for our daughters wedding and it was the perfect place for wedding prep. Close to the wedding venue and plenty of places for shopping and dining. We would defiantly stay there again.

We had an excellent time! This house was very well done and met our needs. The location was excellent as well! Lexington was a great place to visit; I’m sure we didn’t have time to see everything!
Only a couple of things we would have improved on:
1 bedroom had 2 of the 3 light bulbs burnt out so it was pretty dim in there.
There were no large serving spoons and no spatulas for stirring
A high chair or booster would be so nice, as this home accommodates kids
More hangers in the closets
The hot water was scalding- the water heater doesn’t appear to be regulated at a proper temp
Overall, would absolutely still rate this home and host at 5 stars!!!

It is a nice property that has been flipped well. The problem with the upstairs faucet barely working was remedied by using the kitchen sink instead. The game room was very fun! Beautiful neighborhood and a lovely place for walks. The backyard was spacious and lovely. Would possibly stay here again.
