About this condo rental
Situated in Surf City, this lovely condo for $279 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. OFF-SEASON SPECIAL: Monthly rental program Jan through Apr an amazing $1,300 a month! Spacious living room with gorgeous second floor views of ocean and pool from the private balcony and living room. Ocean front community with access to shops and restaurants. Super comfy king bed in master. We focus on couples and allow only 3 people max which means our condo is cleaner and in better condition than most. We work hard to keep it looking THE BEST unit in the Surf. New for 2023: We have opened up the kitchen ceiling so it is spacious and filled with natural light from the living room. We updated the lighting and paint as well. We are allowing guests to use our downstairs storage locker at no cost to store your beach chairs/etc. You can also use our items inside knowing if you break something, replace it. Also if you want to leave items you don't want to bring home and in new condition, leave in the locker for others to use. ******Our cleanliness standards are 5 star and we strictly follow all CDC guidelines.**** ------ Please note - 2021 bookings forward: We no longer offer any bedding, linens, towels, etc. The company listed below is highly recommended and services most of the island rentals: website is: sweetdreamlinens.com or call 910.328.5312. They deliver to our condo. We do provide a starter kit of bathroom items so you can just drop your luggage off and hit the beach or pool. The view from the living room and balcony overlooks the beautiful courtyard, new pool and of course the gorgeous Atlantic ocean. **Pool opens early April and remains open until end of October. NOTE ----- We offer monthly rentals during the off season. December 1st-March 31st. $1,500/month including utilities . No Pets allowed, 1-2 people max, require $500 security deposit upon booking. *4 Golf courses within 15 minutes of condo. Restaurants and shopping are less than 1 mile away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a chest and dresser for your storage needs. A private 1/2 bath is adjacent to the master bedroom and includes a full size clothes closet. Additional guest sleeping is accommodated with a twin bed tucked away in a cozy alcove. The entire unit was recently renovated and we pride ourselves on spending money each year to keep the unit sparkling. A full kitchen with new cabinets includes all appliances including oven & cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Other appliances include Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. The unit has all new flooring and and has been freshly painted. In addition, the unit has a brand new sliding door for access to the deck for viewing the ocean and new pool complex. Your family can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar, the dining room table or out on the lovely wooden deck. Access to the pool or ocean is just steps away from unit 522. You never have to leave the property to enjoy the pool or sand beach. Surf Condominiums has a NEW full washer and dryer facility located on site and also provides off street private parking for owners and guests. Surf City is very safe and family friendly beach community. We provide keyless entry to our complex entrance and remote keyless entry to our condo. NO keys required. There are no elevators on property nor is the unit handicap accessible. We are confident you will enjoy the condo, complex and community as much as we do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer! The unit had plenty of space for myself and my 2 teens. There was plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and I spent the early mornings working there. The pool was a real bonus! It was great for people of all ages and abilities because it was a walk-in with very shallow end. There were plenty of chairs and even shady pergolas in the pool area.

From the time we arrived and left (which we didn’t want to) we were so happy and loving the place we picked for vacation this year. Hunt was very responsive every time we reached out, didn’t have any issues with the condo just wanted to stay longer! This was our 1st visit to Topsail and it will not be the last! We fell in love with the condo and area. Thank you, Hunt for providing an excellent spot for vacation.

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The location was great. We walked to The Daily Grind every morning for coffee. Then walked over the bridge and back to the condo to enjoy a day at the beach and a day at the wonderful pool. The home was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Incredible Condo
The whole process could not have gone better. The condo was incredibly clean and well equipped. The short walk to the beach and nearby location to area shops/restaurants was very convenient without being crowded. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very nicely furnished and clean. It was everything the ad said, except the photos don’t accurately capture the gorgeous view from the deck. The pool was great and the beach within a short walk. The owner was quick to respond to us.

Great property.
The property was great and the host was very attentive and helpful. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful time in the Surf City/North Topsail beach area that we have visited for several years. Only downside is having to carry everything up and down 3 flights of stairs. For a younger family, the stairs should not be an issue. Would give our stay a solid 4 stars.

Hunt and Leigh went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! It was so nice to unwind with my two children. We relaxed on the beach, built sand castles, rode the waves, which were huge on one of the days, and swam. We walked the beach every night and found the fishing pier had the best prices for ice cream. It was a perfect vacation for my kids and I who needed this so much! The Turtle Sanctuary would have been cool but I didn’t reserve tickets. We drove into Wilmington and walked the river which was only 40 minutes away. This is a perfect size condo for a family of 3. The amenities and walk to the beach were great and added to our fun! Thank you to Hunt and Leigh for ensuring my family had a fantastic vacation!

This was our first time at Surf City. We loved it can’t wait to come back. The nice gift on the counter was so sweet!! It was cold and was not able to get on the beach. Maybe next time! We found lots of good places to eat! Everything was close by and convenient!! My only suggestion would be to get a fire stick for the TV. Netflix would have been great since the weather was cold and we spent a lot of time inside. Otherwise, everything was amazing! Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Condo was good location and view of the ocean. It had all necessities for a mini trip for two. All necessities to set up the stay was available until we accessed shopping centers. That was very helpful.

My wife and I needed a weekend getaway and this condo did not disappoint. We spent each day on the beach walking, metal detecting, and collecting shells, shark teeth, and sea glass. Condo is close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants (about a 20 minute walk down the beach). We walked every morning to the Daily Grind for the best coffee and donuts! We hope to come back again soon!
