Everything was great except the TV… it sucked!!! Could not locate local channels, no instruction booklets of any kind. Too bad, everything was a 5 star except for the TV..!!!!!!!!!!

This property was located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking the neighborhood during the day. Loved the open layout and never heard neighbors. Well-stocked kitchen (no dishwasher) but bring your own laundry pods and paper towels. Parking was always available without issues. Great central location to crater lake, crescent city (redwoods), and wineries (applegate valley). Overall it was a great stay and we’d rent here again.

Our stay here was very nice. Even though it was VERY smoky outside from the forest fires this room stayed smoke free. It is a well thought out Rental unit. Only thing missing was a rug in the bathroom and a fly seater for a pesky fly. I would recommend spending your money here and stay away from those overpriced hotel rooms.

Enjoyed my stay in the cabin. Very comfortable. It is close to town, but also has kitchen amenities if you want to make your own meal. Not sure if it was allowed, but there were people smoking in the common courtyard which was a put off for me personally.

The property is very nice, check-in was easy, communication was great. The only negative was our car was parked in the alley was robbed. They stole our trailer hitch cargo carrier and carrier bag. It would be great if there were security cameras covering the parking area.

Loved suite E and the privacy. No paper towels or napkins, maybe that is on purpose. Spotless room and bathroom!! Very happy overall.

This is my second stay and almost everything was perfect. I just have a couple of minor observations. This unit has a bit more street light at night. I am super affected by night at light and the unit has several tiny indicator lights on tv, microwave, etc combined made more light as well. But overall very nice. I plan to stay again soon as I visit Grants Pass every other month. The other item of note was the tv had difficulties with tiling on movies I was trying to watch. Internet speed?

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Everything was very clean. We only stayed 3 nights and spent most of our time elsewhere, but it would have been great for a longer stay since there's a great kitchenette and laundry facilities within the unit. A couple things to be aware of if you like to sleep in: The dumpster in the alley right next to unit gets emptied around 5 am Monday mornings. There is also some sort of loud industrial exhaust system across the alley that started around 6 a.m. Other than that it was very quiet and peaceful.

We have stayed at Cherry and Noel Scheckle's properties before, first time at this location. Suite E was perfect for us. Centrally located to Grants Pass, I was able to walk downtown daily. Probably the thing I like the most is the details. From the bear on a branch drawer pulls, soft close cabinets and drawers, steam option on the washer, sanitizer option on the dryer, huge TV, a high desk workspace, more than enough plug-ins for whatever you need, HDMI cord coming off the TV, completely enclosed and fenced courtyard, the ability to decorate the yard with my Christmas decor, the space is very dog friendly, and most importantly, our great hosts, Cherry and Noel who go out of their way to ensure their guests have everything they need for a comfortable, safe and enjoyable stay. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend any of their properties.

This is such a brilliant property, the room was perfect. Like a hotel room with a kitchen. There is off street parking in the alley if you want. It’s gated and safe in a downtown area. Not that grants pass is a dangerous city but hey. If you like the outdoor decor, a giant tele and walking distance to all the cool caveman stuff this place is for you.
