It takes a couple of days for the pool to heat. There is an elevator available for guests with mobility issues only. Please let us know before arrival if someone in your party will need it. There is no fee for the elevator. Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet. Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one. You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation. Please lock the door each time you leave the property. No shoes in the home please. Parking is permitted in the driveway. There is no street parking. No pets allowed. Service dogs are allowed with no fee however please notify us when making your reservation.
