About this house rental
Situated in Boothbay Harbor, this attractive house for $464 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. After a busy day exploring the harbor's restaurants, boutiques and galleries; settle in and enjoy the fresh ocean air from our single level open concept retreat. The king bed, leather couch, fully equipped kitchen and cozy deck await your memories. A sofa pulls out to a second king bed for friends or family. Enjoy a glass of wine under the retractable awning or pull the noise cancelling shades to take a nap in the air conditioning. A midnight stroll on the boardwalk is moments away! The home is a single level with the exception of one stair to access the kitchen. There is one bathroom with a shower, no tub is available. We have a stackable washer and dryer for your use in the house. There are two smart Fire televisions that you can use with your own apps. There is free street parking and a private lot directly behind the house. Park your car and walk to the boardwalk and all harbor activities. Catch the trolley to explore other areas of the harbor. Drive to the Botanical Gardens or explore neighboring towns and beaches. We love to meet our guests and go over the house, but we also respect your wanting to unplug and start your vacation. Mighty Oak is a self check in but we are always available to answer questions or give suggestions. We are just a few miles away so you choose, if you would like to meet us or simply prefer to text or chat. Mighty Oak is located in the center of town, walking distance to many attractions. on the other side of the deck, our neighboring businesses include a juice bar. When you have exhausted all of the activities within walking distance, there are many more things to see a short drive away. Let us know what interest you and we will be sure to point you in the right direction. When you are ready to explore Boothbay Harbor, the Trolley is a great option. It makes many stops at different stores and is a great way to simply see the entire harbor before you decide where you want to stop first. If you prefer driving, parking can be challenging. Allow yourself time and wear your comfy walking shoes. Plan a day to visit the area around Boothbay Harbor. There are many boutiques and eateries in neighboring towns to enjoy. Do you have a large party? Mighty Red Oak, Acorn, Firstmate and Captains Quarters (still under construction) are all beautifully renovated homes located in the heart of Boothbay Harbor and also share the same parking lot. They are footsteps apart! So if you are trying to accommodate a large group or multiple families, please inquire at www.rockycoastrentals.com and we can point you to the options! Please ask us about early check in and late check out. A Guest Manual is located on the living room end table. It offers house rules, operating procedures and ideas for dining and sight seeing. We had a great time in boothbay harbor and loved staying at this place. It was in a perfect location, the size was perfect, and the place had everything we needed and then some. The coffee maker made iced coffee, there was filtered water, and even puzzles to do while we were there. It was hard to leave and we made the best memories in boothbay.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked how close it was to the harbor, shops and dining. One day of our stay was rainy and we were able to enjoy our spacious accommodation as we passed the time reading and catching up on shows.

About as close as you can get to downtown without being on main street.
Very clean and well appointed. Suggestions: the scented trash bags gave spouse a headache. Cushions would have been nice for that beautiful outdoor patio/awning.

The house was spotless and comfortable. A great location for walking to many areas, however the rain during our stay didn't allow us to do as much as we hoped. Everything was fresh and new, we would definitely stay again. Unfortunately we had an emergency at home and had to leave suddenly a day early.

Boothbay Harbor was a beautiful place to visit, with lots of good food and plenty of activities to do.
The cottage was very clean, furnished with everything we needed and just a short walk to the harbor. Parking was easy, right at the house which was a plus since it gets very busy during the day.
We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future! Highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was completely updated and super clean. So spacious, the outside is quite deceiving! Would definitely rent with Rocky Coast Rentals again!

Wonderful Windjammer Retreat
This cottage was perfect for our stay during the Windjammer Festival. The cottage is tastefully decorated, super clean, and a short walk to the plethora of shops and dining options. We used the private parking located just below this unit because Oak Street (aka Route 27) can be very busy during the day and not that wide. We used the on-street parking for loading and unloading only. The stairs leading down to the parking area could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. As noted by others, this a quiet neighborhood and the road noise quiets down in the evening and picks up again early morning. Neither of which were an issue for us. Sally is a great host, check in and check out was a breeze, and she responded quickly to any questions. We highly recommend staying here (as well as a visit to the nearby Coastal Botanical Gardens).

Walkable, central location
We had a great stay and loved the walkability of the location. Nice sized apartment with great deck space. It is on a busy road so with a toddler we were extra wary, but the host had gates up around the deck to help. Overall enjoyed our stay and couldn’t beat the location!

Great choice for a 3 day trip to explore Boothbay Harbor. Location is super convenient to walk all around the harbor. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was easy and timely. The unit itself is brand new, sparkling clean and comfortable. The front bedroom was closer to the road and you could hear some traffic in the early am but it didn’t wake up my son. Would stay here again!

This is a spacious and comfortable new spot within walking distance of downtown. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable couch for relaxing after a day out exploring. A great home base for a long weekend in Boothbay Harbor!

The rental was new/ beautiful/immaculate and with a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. We had all the supplies needed to have a delicious fresh lobster dinner.
The location is perfect and within walking distance to all the attractions in the harbor. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The patio was perfect for eating dinner and playing some cards/board games. My family was very happy with the rental and have already talked about renting it again next year! It was such a great and memorable vacation and stay in Boothbay Harbor. Loved it!
