Only valid for short term stays. Views of the ocean and West Maui Mountains from this condo! This condo's proximity to the sand offers the best ocean views and a short walk to Kamaole III Beach. Maui Parkshore 407 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy the ocean views from your private lanai-- the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening mai tai. Step inside through the large lanai window to the open and spacious living room. There's a nice and large flat screen TV, and plenty of seating for the whole crew. The fully equipped kitchen is a great place to make a dine in dinner that you can enjoy while watching the sunset on the lanai. You'll like to stay cool with the ceiling fans throughout the unit and the magical Maui breeze coming in through the expansive lanai window. This unit does not have AC. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a separate TV. You'll find a walk in bathroom that features a nice tile and glass surrounded walk-in shower and a bright vanity. The guest room includes two Twin size beds. Guest bathroom is very similar to the master bedroom and also has a glass and tile surrounded walk-in shower. The living room couch converts into a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests. Laundry machines in the unit for added convenience. Maui Parkshore Resort is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many Maui top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Maui Parkshore features, a nice pool area with relaxing lounge chairs, and BBQ/outdoor dining areas. Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. *Please note: The pool will be closed for maintenance repairs September 4 -12 2024* Standard Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. We loved the location of this property. The view from the front and back was gorgeous. The unit was really nice and had a lot of items for us to use so we didn’t have to buy them or rent them. It was spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Condo has no a/c, bathroom shower drain clogged and flooded the unit, chairs in living room were broken and couldn't recline, neighbors were a bunch of Karen's accusing my family of throwing beer cans over the balcony which we did NOT do. Pretty sure they're racist against Mexicans.

Loved the location of this property. We were able to walk to several beaches, shops, and restaurants. Facility was clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. The Lanai had a beautiful view. They also had beach chairs, towels, and boogie board. We had an issue with our screen door on the Lanai and they sent a technician right away to fix it. Will definitely visit this property again.

Property is great location, perfect for what we wanted in a place. The beach was right across the street. The property manager was not pleasant, accusing my family and myself of smoking on premises because another gentleman was smoking around us at the shuffle board who was not in our party. I did not appreciate him yelling at me in front of my children when we did not smoke on property.

The condo was located well within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and beach. The view of the beach and ocean from the lanai was beautiful. The condo was equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable.

We were very pleased with this property. There were little extras like a binoculars, that made the amenites complete. Our children (Who were in 2 other units at this complex) came up to our lanai for a nightcap and the view. We loved it!

We spent 12 days here. It was the perfect location, right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. Every day we either went snorkeling at Kamaole 2, or swimming at Kamaole 3. The condo had everything we needed for the beach - beach towels, snorkels, fins, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. The kitchen was super well stocked. They have everything from the basics to a waffle maker! The property management company was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when we had a question or concern. We look forward to returning to this property next time we visit Maui!

This property had all we needed for a great vacation. A lanai with an ocean view greatly improved the holiday.

A very nice condo. Well stocked kitchen. Great towels and bedding. Furniture a little dated with a broken chair. One negative was the owners have lots of locked cupboards so there was no place to store pantry goods.
