Guests will enjoy stellar mountain views regularly, especially from the luxurious pool and pool spa. The covered patio is the perfect vantage point for admiring the lake. Recline and enjoy the breeze, or cook out on the private gas grill. Inside, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom allow for guest comfort any time of day. The open living area is bathed in natural light. The expansive full kitchen features full-size appliances, ample counter space, and helpful tools to assist in putting together your favorite meals for friends and family. If you prefer to dine al fresco, there's a dining table for six on the patio. After dinner, unwind with a game of pool or gather around the gas fireplace. One bedroom features an alcove-style office space, perfect for completing remote assignments. Whether you come for work or play, this home has room for everyone to relax in unique Cathedral City serenity. Additionally, guests of this community have access to more than 30 pools and jacuzzis. You can also gain access to the fitness center, golf course, and tennis and pickleball courts for a reasonable fee. A spa and restaurant are on the premises for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. Guests shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Streaming services are available with guests' accounts. There is a gated entrance with a 24/7 guard. Pool towels are provided for guest use. Guests must travel by car to reach this home. The max temperature of the pool is set to 86 degrees and the spa is at 102 degrees. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was nice and spacious. Open floor plan. Nice view of sunrise in the morning. Very comfortable furniture. The only issue was in the 2nd bathroom, there was some kind of mold growing on the high window sill. i put my hand up there to balance, I am 6'7', and there was mold on my hands. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Home was nice, comfortably furnished & right on Desert Princess Golf course. Neighborhood is gated and easy to walk. Home was tidy, but had some cleaning issues when we checked in.

We have rented other Desert Princess villas in the past. This was our first rental with Vacasa. The property was fine but their communication was terrible. We received a text that we were eligible for early check in but we’re not provided with the access code To the property. We were told we hadn’t completed the virtual check in that was needed for this property. We had completed that earlier that morning. When we arrived at the property the access code for the door would not work. It didn’t work for the entire stay despite multiple calls and voicemail messages to Vacasa main number and local contact. We had to use the key in the lockbox which was outside and difficult to access when it was dark. We also had multiple people in our party so harder to corrsinate actual key versus key code access. The spa didn’t get above 95 degrees (was supposed to get to 102) and we paid the daily heating fee which was hundreds of dollars for our stay. We didn’t receive check out email until we left the property and were on our flight back home. Vacasa needs to improve communication throughout the stay and resolve issues during your stay!!

We really enjoyed the house during our 3 day stay in Palm Springs. The property is in a gated community, which is nice. The check-in process happened over the phone, which I thought was convenient. The house was very clean and has very nice amenities. We couldn't use the pool but it was in very clean condition. The house has all the necessary kitchen items and they were in great condition. Usually, in VRBO homes we've rented in the past, the non-stick pots have a lot of scratches, which makes me hesitant to use them but this one had almost new looking pots and pans. The bathrooms were clean with additional supplies on shelves/cupboards. The checkout process was also very convenient. I've been at properties where there were a ton of instructions, which made me question why we have to pay such a hefty cleaning fee. But in this one, the only request was to take the trash out, which I appreciate. Thanks for making the process easier on your guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back whenever we visit Palm Springs next time.

Very beautiful property in quiet and peaceful cul de sac. Kids loved the pool table. Very clean and well-appointed home. Communication was efficient. Access to gated community was easy after virtual check-in and throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The house was very nice and comfortable. It offered a lot of nice amenities and the comforts of home. I liked the big kitchen and dining area! The pool was a very nice retreat at the end of each day and the patio was a great place to relax with plenty of privacy!

This was the second stay for us in this villa. Bright, open space with all amenities we expect from a high-end stay. Neighborhood (Desert Princess) is gorgeous and safe.

House was clean and kitchen well appointed. Pool pleasant, but some noisy neighbours. Close to airport and old Palm Springs downtown, but fair drive from major restaurants and shopping in Palm Desert/El Paseo etc. Cleaning staff were not done when we arrived so we had to wait to access the property till just after 430 pm. Vacasa has NO local host so any issues you have you are basically on your own, as the number in Oregon has over 30-45 minute wait minimum, and even though I was not going to wait when I called (I hung up and did without), bet they would have to find someone in California who knew this home, so the wait on hold would have been a waste anyway. You need local hosts and local contact numbers!

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained. The backyard is very nice for relaxation, with a small pool with 90+ degree water and a beautiful view of a small lake with golf greens beyond. It is, however, about 20 min or more to the most popular areas, but a short drive to and from the airport.
