Each bedroom features luxurious linens, cozy beds, and TVs, making them the perfect place for moments you want a bit of time away from the group. This is the ultimate hangout home. The deck, which you can access from the main living area, is the perfect spot to listen to the waves roll in as you sip on your first cup of coffee of the day or hang out by the firepit table at night. The beautiful pool area is one of the gems of this home. This area features a private pool, bar seating, a large flat-screen TV, grill, and has multiple comfortable outdoor sitting areas, including a dining area. Guests can enjoy the warm sunshine in the pool or take a short walk down to the beach access. Don’t forget about your four-legged friend! A new outdoor pet play area has just been added. PROXIMITY TO BEACH There is beach access at the end of the street, only about 300 ft. from the home. PRIVATE POOL Pool can ONLY be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee of $350 + tax. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. NO EXCEPTIONS.
