The entrance level of the house features spacious living and dining spaces with gleaming wooden floors and exquisite décor in natural hues with touches of Mediterranean blues. A guest bathroom is located off the dining area is available for guests in the loft bedroom to use. Large sliding doors open onto the pool deck and stunning ocean views can be seen from every angle in the room. A large, fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities needed for entertaining, including an electric stove and hob, microwave, a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A lovely breakfast bar seats four in the centre of the kitchen and a scullery sits just off the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a sink. There is also a full bar underneath the stairs with a wine cooler/fridge and mini freezer. The villa has four bedrooms, three of which can be found on the ground level with a loft-style bedroom on the upper level. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated in tones of cream and white and has built-in cupboards with ample storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a lovely corner bath and a glass-enclosed shower. This bedroom has direct access to the main sun deck and swimming pool and offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has a bath and a glass-enclosed shower.
