Welcome to Casita Sol Vista A stylish guest house with private entrance, nestled in the lush hills of Vista, attached to a hilltop family estate. Bohemian charm was the inspiration for the living room, dining & kitchen area decor. The coastal boho bedroom has a luxury king bed and a single size deluxe daybed with a bright private bathroom. Amenities include central heating & AC and parking for one car. Located 1.5 miles to downtown, 9 miles to Carlsbad and Oceanside beaches. Vacation in Style!! This cozy and stylish 550 sq ft guest house was recently redecorated and styled in maximum comfort furnishings you will love!! The spacious private bedroom includes a luxury and heavenly king size bed, a single size daybed in Boho decor with beach accents and a walk-in closet stocked with lots of extras. The full size bathroom includes a shower tub and has been tastefully decorated in an a bright coastal jungle style! We provide our guests with fresh clean linens and toiletries. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools necessary to prepare a simple snack to a full meal. We also supply basic spices for cooking, oil, coffee pods and a basket of assorted snacks to welcome our guests. This cozy gem has been carefully and lovingly filled with all the comforts of home in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood setting nestled in Vista hills.

The space was beautiful. Great decor and homey feeling. Super clean. Very easy to navigate, the host had everything labeled. The access to WiFi and streaming content was great. Lots of little touches to make the stay better. Easy to find in the hills of Vista. The host was easy to communicate with and you can tell she deserves her super host status. We will be booking here again as it was such a great experience and so close to our family.

This was the perfect place for me to rent. The guest house was warm and cozy. The decor is lovely and makes you feel right at home. Most of what I needed while I was there was readily available. This was a very comfortable place to stay and I felt safe and provided for. I feel like Debra went out of her way to make the guest house an enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend Casita Sol Vista to any travelers looking for a quality, private setting in which to spend time away from home. You can’t go wrong!

Thanks to Debra for being a great host! We had an outstanding stay at her place! A very clean, roomy place for my wife & I. It was convenient to the wedding venue we attended as well as some local breweries we visited. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to north county SD.

Everything is as pictured/described. Great communication with manager. Love that coffee was supplied, all we needed to make food for cookout. Very friendly neighbors! Would definately recommend for 2-3 people !!

We loved our stay in Vista and our VRBO accommodations. Our sweet "Casita" was just as described in the listing, even better. After a very long drive, we arrived to be greeted by a personalized welcome sign at the door. The pushbutton entry made keys unnecessary, which was so nice. This rental is large, with a good sized living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette and dining area are incorporated in with the living room area which made it so convenient. (Our host provided bottled water in the refrigerator, and snacks in the cupboard.) The decor is darling, and fits with the vibes of this beachy retreat. The bed is large and very comfortable, and all the linens were very high-end. Everything was spot-less and our host was very good at making us feel comfortable through her thorough and informative emails. This rental is a short commute to the beach, and the town of Vista has plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. We were so happy with our visit at this quiet and restful home away from home, and know you will be also.

Debra's apartment is an ideal base for exploring North San Diego County. It is very comfortable, efficient, and quiet; perfect for a couple to relax in after a trip to the beach. The rooms are exquisitely decorated with local themes and appointments. The king size bed is a bit soft for us but we slept very well. The only thing the accommodation lacks is a walk-in shower for big guys like me, however the tub/shower is larger than most so it served the function well. We have family in the area and will return to Debra's place. XLNT value!!

We stayed in this place for more than a week, very clean, very convenient and cozy. We really liked it. We did not have any problem during our stay at all and enjoyed our stay there.
The property manager, Debra, went beyond to make sure we are comfortable during our stay. Debra is very professional and friendly. We will get back there again for sure and highly recommend this place to stay.

The villa is super cute and super clean! It has all the amenities you could possibly think of. Debra is super nice and responsive and she has great taste! It's decorated so cute!
The king size bed is super comfortable and the linens are super soft and cozy. I loved reading on the comfy daybed surrounded by pillows.
We loved how quiet is was there and the neighborhood is really nice. I highly recommend staying here!!!

We loved our stay, such a great place. Warm and cozy, clean and it sits in a beautiful neighborhood, so quiet as well. We spent two weeks here and loved every minute. Attentive but not intrusive hosts. ONE parking spot- honor their request, they live there full time and we are guests. Close but removed from all you want to do, see, and explore with a not too-far trip home. Sweet town, great neighborhood. Very comfortable accommodations for 2-3 people (and a couple of little ones, which was our original plan).

My wife and I returned to Vista for my Mom's 80th. We normally stay with family but decided we needed a place to be by ourselves. While family was busy with their normal lives we played tourist in our hometown. Weather was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Location and accommodations were perfect. I think we found our spot for future returns to Vista
