Nestled in Mohawk, this charming house for $216 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Recently renovated large home that is centrally located, to all the adventures, Keweenaw County has to offer! There is plenty of room for up to 8 guests to relax, from a day at the beach, riding ATV’s, or mountain biking in Copper Harbor! Trail #3 is about a block away, and is the ATV or snowmobile highway, to the Keweenaw! Mount Bohemia is about 25 miles away for some great back country skiing or snowboarding.

The home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures on the listing do not do it justice! It is big and spacious and spotless. The decor is beautiful throughout. The location is great. The host was very easy to get ahold of and he was also very gracious when I told him that I accidentally ruined beyond repair a lid to one of the pans. I would definitely be staying here again when I come to the Keweenaw Peninsula.

We all loved this beautiful home. It was so spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Centrally located for the Keweenaw. David has a notebook of ideas, that we found very helpful. Hope to go back someday.

The house and our experience there was far better than we'd ever expected. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the week we were there, and though we never talked to them in person, we had no need to contact them since they'd thought of everything!
Nice quiet neighborhood and close to Glacia, Slim's, and Mohawk Superette where you can get the best pasties in the Keweenaw.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed. We drove a pick-up without a topper and the space on the front porch was perfect to”store” our bag chairs and a couple of storage tubs we brought with us. Great proximity to all the places we visited. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute house. Comfy beds. Clean. Property description was accurate. This was our first Vrbo rental and it was amazing to have a larger space to relax. Mohawk is nicely located close enough to Houghton where we spent most of our time (MTU move-in) and all the other cool towns on the Keewanah.

This house is comfortable and full of charm! I am absolutely in love with it! We felt completely at home here with everything we could have possibly needed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lots of sights to see just a short distance away. This was our first time in the Keweenaw Peninsula, and were blown away with the beauty of the area and the fascinating history of the towns and the copper mines!
The host provides a very detailed binder of information and attractions which was incredibly helpful.
I can’t say enough about this wonderful place, it was less like a rental and more like staying with at the house of a friend!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was very centrally located to all the best the Keweenaw has to offer. It was clean, cozy, and David was very helpful with anything we needed. The house is walking distance to an amazing little cafe called slim’s. We will definitely be staying again!

The house was great for what we were doing, in the middle of Mt Ripley for the younger skiers and Mt Bohemia for the experienced skiers. It also had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would definetly return.

The house itself is beautiful. The area around it has everything you are looking for including easy access to trails and the main highway to go sightseeing.

This house was perfect for what we needed. We went at the end of September and it was cold and rainy for most of our stay. The heat in the old house worked great!
I worked through most of the day, which required using the internet for email, meetings, and video conferencing with multiple other people. Never had a single issue getting online or remaining online.
The house was perfectly located for getting us to where we wanted to go without having to drive forever to get there. (Copper Harbor, Brockway, Calumut, Gratiot River etc.) Or, if you want, just head out onto the back porch for stargazing. We haven't seen that many stars in a long time! (a few satellites and a shooting star to boot!)
This was an amazing place to stay. We'll be back!

Perfect
Everything was great. David was super quick to respond to all of our questions. We really appreciated all of the fans (it was in the 90's), the library of books, spaciousness, and how clean everything was. Also loved that we were walking distance to Glacia restaurant and Slim's cafe which both had great food and service. Thank you David! We will return.

This home is in walking g distance to my parents home which made it that much more of a wonderful stay.
My sister also lives in Mohawk, loves your house so much that she and her husband would like to put in an offer to buy it. Seriously.. they love the house so much!

This gorgeous home is perfect for a couple or family who wants to explore the Keweenaw peninsula! It's located in a quiet neighborhood and is central to so many of the local popular attractions. The host shared some great tips and responded to questions we had about the area quickly. I highly recommend staying here!!!

The pictures do not do it justice. Upon arrival it was very roomy with amble space for several people to get in right away. The furniture seemed new and the decor matched throughout the residence. Bathroom is spacious with high quality bath towels which were thick in quality and able to wrap your body in. Backyard has a fire pit and on a clear night you are able to see the best night sky. Location is great in the mountain and neighborhood is very quiet.

Wish I could express just how wonderful our stay in this beautiful , comfortable home was. We came to join family in Hancock to attend a memorial for my nephew. The home embraced us and gave us the solis we needed for the sad affair.
When we left after five nights, we all agreed that the comfort we experienced could not have been better.
Thank you for providing a most fabulous home and hospitable environment....It was beyond perfect for my family.

Beautiful and Clean Historic House
This was a great place to stay. It was clean and had the amenities described in the listing. The house was very well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back. I highly recommend this propertyy when coming to the Keweenaw Peninsula.
