About this house rental
Situated in Lincoln Beach, this charming house for $540 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. At Pirates’ Paradise, we recognize the unusual times we’re experiencing and the anxiety it can create when making plans to travel. To make your vacation planning less stressful, we offer a flexible refund policy, and we follow the latest government guidelines for the highest quality cleaning before every guest arrives and after they depart. The large first floor TV room/bedroom/common room can sleep up to six on its two comfy queen sectionals with memory foam mattresses and trundle bed. There is plenty of lounging room for all of your party staying here. A large coffee table with lift-up top makes a great place to put your feet up and watch the game, play some board games, or work a puzzle. The laundry room has TWO washers with sanitize cycles and TWO dryers to make quick work of your laundry needs. Unscented detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your use, if needed. The full bath with roomy stand-up shower rounds out the first floor amenities. In the garage, there is a smaller scale pool table, and there are two wire dog crates available, ready for you to add your bedding. The first set of stairs takes you to the second floor, where you’ll find three choices for bedrooms, plus access to the hot tub. The first bedroom is a queen w/full ensuite bath, double vanity, and separate tub/toilet enclosure. Full sliding doors open to the hot tub on the deck. Down the hall, the second queen has sliding door balcony access and shares the hall bathroom. Finally, the third room, in addition to the queen bed, includes bunk beds, a standard crib, and a pack and play to make this a true Family Suite. In the hallway right next door, a full bath (tub/shower in enclosed space), and double sinks makes vacationing with the kids a breeze. On the third floor, the living room, with stunning ocean views and access to the 3rd floor deck, is an open, comfortable place for your group to gather for ocean gazing, whale watching, television viewing, or relaxed chatting. There’s a beautiful ocean view through the large sliding door, expansive windows and a view of the beach from the living room and the deck. The deck includes seating for 8-10 and a charcoal BBQ grill. The kitchen has been the site of many food-centered family gatherings. It has expansive counter-top space to accommodate multiple cooks, and a gas range in the island. The electric wall-mounted oven and microwave round out the cooking appliances. Our top-of-the-line dishwasher has a sanitize cycle to ensure your dishes are not only washed, but also sanitized. The dishes and glassware are plentiful, so even if you have a group of 12, you won’t have to wash dishes before your next meal. We have ample cutlery and wide variety of cooking and baking utensils. See the Amenities tab for a list. The dining table seats 8 comfortably in the open dining area; adding the extra leaf gives you space for at least 2 more. Also, the bar at the kitchen island seats 5 comfortably, giving a variety of seating choices. In the hall is a common half bath. The final bedroom in the home is located here. It is the main queen w/full ensuite, large garden tub, large stand-up shower and toilet in an enclosed space, and double vanity. This bedroom also has access to a small private balcony through a sliding door. There is a view of the ocean and the beach from the balcony, and lovely ocean sounds serenade you to sleep if you leave the door open just a bit at night. The main bedroom also houses an iron and board, high chair, as well as folding chairs and a vacuum. There is an overhead fan to cool the room when it gets extra warm.

The place had absolutely beautiful views. We had an issue arise early but the host was very quick to help out and it did not impact our stay at all. Highly recommend renting this place.

We loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and cute. There is an incredible view out the living room window or from the deck. The hot tub and the huge tub in the main bathroom were both fantastic. It is 3 floors (which is in the description of the home so we weren't surprised), so quite a few stairs, but that didn't bother our crew at all. My kids LOVED the bunk bed and were thrilled that the beach was right there. The host also responded quickly whenever we had questions, which I always appreciate. We would definitely stay here again!

A well appointed kitchen and great views made this house a great choice for our extended family of 12 and doggos. The very close beach access was so handy! The additional access point a little way south isnt as steep so may be a better choice for some. Thanks a lot!

-gas turned off while staying due to unpaid bill. Hours of time wasted trying to resolve. This meant we could not cook, shower, or run the dishwasher.
-Hide a bed sheets found folded and wet in drawer
-Check in was 15 mins late due to cleaners. Cleaners left behind tools and food.
-Owner unavailable to help resolve issues. I tried calling a dozen times, and still the property manager never returned my phone call. The listed emergency number finally answered, but the point of contact could do nothing and was unhelpful.
-Hot tub cleaning person showed up a day into our stay and let himself in without notifying us he was there.
-Charred, rusted electrical outlet next to hose by front door. Electrical hazard.
-Smoke alarm in basement was dead
-NW Natural inspected equipment when turning gas back on. Numerous issues that need attention.
-Deck boards on top floor are rotted and a hazard. The temporary fix that they implemented is not safe.
-VRBO informed us the contact info for the owner is incorrect. Please update your phone number with them for future issues.
The location is great, the view is great, but the property deserves much better management. If the management changes I would recommend this place. Otherwise, save you and your family the hassel and dissapointment and find another property.

We had a wonderful visit to Depoe Bay! The accommodations were amazing, especially the spectacular view from top story of the house. Everything was nice and clean, and all our needs were met. Future guests, be aware that this is a three story house with two flights of stairs. The kitchen and living room are on the top floor to accommodate the veiw of the ocean. We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return again sometime.

Very clean, nice view above the nearby houses so that you can see the ocean. The deck flooring and some siding need replacing due to rot. The hot tub was smaller than expected and also showing wear. Some deck furniture was broken or rusted out. The house was advertised for 15 people, but material inside the house was corrected to allow for 12. Fortunately, we only had ten, although we would have had more but for schedule conflicts, which would have put us over the limit. Best-stocked kitchen I've seen. Lacking in hand towels. I suggest bringing your own soap and shampoo. Great dishwasher and double laundry. I'd rent again for the price, but would adjust my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary. We had a group of 10, including a 2 year old and 80 year old parents. Plenty of space for evryone to enjoy!

By reading the reviews, I thought that maybe we’d found a gem! Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
The location, the views and the home layout is great for a large group. That being said, the house is VERY tired and in need of upkeep and repair. Housekeeping was in the house when we arrived and not finished cleaning. The job was not done well and the house smelled as though wet pets had been there before us. I cannot recommend this place unfortunately to others.

We stayed for four days with son, daughter in law and two grandsons. It was my birthday celebration. The house views are amazing. We were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. My grandson that is 10 lived the pirate room on the first floor. It was an escape from his brother. Very cute. The location is in Belle Beach. Easy walking in the neighborhood. There is a playground in the area to walk to. The stairs on the south side of the house are a little scary as you have to climb over rocks. There is another access about a block away that is much better. There is a market just south on the highway about 1/2 mile if you need groceries. It ‘s on the left side heading south. Hope you have as much fun as we did.

Our large group of friends (all in our 30s/40s) stayed here and we had a wonderful time! Let me start by saying the property manager Gail is awesome - the only issue we encountered was a broken coffee maker, and she replied almost instantly and brought over a new machine for us the very same day! The house has Gorgeous views of the water, especially from the top floor common area, which is where we spent most of our time, playing games, doing puzzles and cooking / sharing meals. We appreciated how much space there was in the house overall for a large group of adults (can also see how families appreciate it and there were certain areas and amenities of the house that seemed more geared to kiddo and family sleeping quarters, but we overall made it work). The rooms were cozy and Comfy, the house was so clean, hot tub was awesome, and the kitchen well stocked ! Would happily return!

Completely enjoyed the house. Lots of stairs, but the view and kitchen made up for that! Bedrooms were nice size. Decks need some real help though, especially outside the doors and stairs, it was very soft and kind of scary. It would be nice if you could make sure to describe the hot tub as small. Downstairs shower head had little pressure, but the others were fine. The upstairs half bath toilet needs to be fixed. Otherwise we had a great time!

Location is awesome. Gorgeous view. Could be a really great place. It was big enough for our group. The place was messy and gross in some places when we arrived. Had to do some cleaning on our own. We were short some bedding for the pull out beds and some of the blankets were quite damp when pulled out of the cupboard. When trying to contact the management to get more blankets, did not hear back from them after texting and emailing until the next day and that was because I reached out AGAIN. Even after them commenting on my message, really didn't seem to care, nor did anything to fix the issue. The basement especially smelled terrible of pet urine. Pet hair in a lot of places.
Not enough silverware for the full group even though it states it sleeps the amount we had.
As mentioned, this could be a great place. Just needs some deeper cleaning and better communication. That's frustrating.

This was the perfect location for our volunteer team of youth workers to spend time together being refreshed and making plans for the futures in our efforts with young people. The view from the top floor was a great backdrop for work to get done and there was plenty of room for our team to spread out and yet be together. We look forward to bringing our team there again in the future!

We had plenty of room for our kids and their children and 2 dogs. The view from the top floor was even better than advertised! It was very clean and well maintained. (The top rack in the dishwasher needs to be repaired, but that was the only issue and that was minor a minor concern.)

We had a great stay! There were 10 of us, from tweens to grandparents from 4 households. Great separation of space and great common areas. The tweens loved the pirate room. We all loved the kitchen and big dining room table and beautiful view from the deck.
The hottub wasn't working, which was a disappointment, but Gail refunded us partially based on that.

Had a very pleasant stay. Warning for mobility-challenged: there a lot of stairs in the house. The closest beach access is also challenging. We found another path to the beach nearby for less daring folks.

The stairs to the beach are right behind the house, so we loved going down whenever the feeling struck, in pairs, groups, or alone to do some beachcombing. All amenities were plentiful, such as towels, sheets, and pillows. Wi-fi and internet worked great. Showers were all excellent. The home was also well equipped for toddlers and babies, including pack and plays, bed rails, toddler pillows, and even beach toys. We loved all the board games and had quite a few heated rounds of Tripoley, while the kids enjoyed watching movies like The Goonies while on the Oregon Coast. There was plenty of parking for three cars so that we could split up and do whichever day trips we wanted. At night we cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed dinner together. Everything was great! The only things I could say that are possible downsides are that the fog is pretty thick sometimes (but it's the Pacific, so yeah) and the only shop or restaurant in walking distance is the little crepe and ice cream place (although it is cute and fun for what it is). We felt very welcome and relaxed for the entire week and would definitely come back and stay again!

Post Pandemic Family Reunion
We had 7 adults and 7 children in the house for the weekend for a family reunion. It was fabulous from the layout of the house, the closeness to the beach, to the amenities the property allowed. The kids are already asking when they can go back!!

Beautiful property
What a beautiful home! We were so fortunate to stay at this property - the home was perfect for our families to stay - accommodating 3 siblings and each of our families, as well as our mother. The home was well-stocked with everything you could need for preparing meals, as well as with linens and plenty of towels. We didn't need them, but there was even a crib, bassinet and changing table and high chair. Amazing views of the ocean and easy access to the beach - we saw orca whales from our deck! Highly recommend this property and property owner, who was communicative and responsive. We would love to come back in the future!

If you are looking for a place on the beach with plenty of room for a large family, this is a great! Lots of room to gather on the top floor in the kitchen and living area, with a beautiful view of the sea, and plenty of rooms to retreat from the crowd or take a nap. We had a problem with the dishwasher but the owner responded right away. I highly recommend. (Though if pool is your thing, the pool table is a bit wonky.)
