This beautifully renovated home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and backs up into a massive rock hill. It’s like you’re staying right in the caves. Our home features a large 7 person hot tub that sits just beneath the rocks for the most relaxing and serene view. Beautiful Amish furniture is furnished throughout the home. The bunk room, kids’ game room, and a separate family game room make this home a perfect getaway for families and friends of all ages. Situated on 11 acres and less than 3 miles to Cantwell Cliffs, 7 miles to Rockhouse, 12 miles to Old Mans Cave, and minutes to all other Hocking Hills attractions. Wifi, smart TVs, and DirectTv included!

We really enjoyed the property and surrounding area. Love that the host includes towels, linens and basic toiletries bc it makes packing for a family of 5 a lot easier! Highly suggest this as a rental.

The property was very nice and roomy. The game room was fun and was used by the whole family. The internet was a bit slow but the property manager told us that it was satellite internet and not to expect high speeds. Overall, our stay was great.

We had a group of 4 families staying together. The basement was perfect for keeping the kids entertained and the bunkbed setup was so much fun for them to sleep in the same room. The upstairs and patio was a great hangout spot for the adults. The location was only a few minutes away from the kayak location. The fire pit is a bit of a walk down the driveway and I wish fire wood would have been included, but that's not a big deal. The internet was painfully slow (0.72mbps) and there's 0 cell service, but the point of the trip was to unplug and get away so once again, worth noting but not a big deal to us. However, it did make us a bit nervous in case of emergency. Overall, it was a beautiful place and the owner communicated well. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved the house and it was a great stay with our kids and their spouses. Only disappointment was the pool table leg was pretty wobbly and the other game table wasn’t great either with the side rail not being attached properly. We wished the firepit was closer to the house and not such a walk. But over all we enjoyed our family time (the no cell service and weak wifi was great for us since not everyone spent the time on their phones). We would definitely come back though.

4 families stayed at the house. Everyone had a bed and the kids ages 11-14 had games and space to play. The house was clean and had all the kitchen things we needed to make our own meals. We had a great weekend.

It was a nice place. Rooms were clean and check in and check out were very easy. They listed slow internet but there was actually no internet and no cell service which makes it very difficult if you need to check into work. If they had internet I would stay there again.

We took our Girl Scout Troop to Hocking Hills to celebrate their last year as a troop. The girls are moving on to different high schools in the fall, and we wanted to have one last trip. The property was perfect! The bunk room was awesome for the girls - they were all able to sleep down there! The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the hot tub was awesome. It is a perfect house for a big group!

4 families - 8 adults and 8 kids ranging 10-18. It was great! Layout is perfect. House was clean. Beds were so comfortable. Bunk room and game room was great for kids. Hot tub was relaxing. Wifi didn’t work really at all but in some ways it was nice that the kids had to play games and talk, went on a hike, and Even a night time flash light walk. Loved it and thank you!

Excellent! Plenty of room for all to sleep and work. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of room to spread out for break-out discussions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our couple's group 9th year coming to Hocking to cabrew. We stayed at Rock Hill Retreat and had an amazing time. It is by far the best property we have stayed in. There was more than enough room, a beautiful setting (deck and hot tub included), and a wonderful firepit area we enjoyed on Friday night.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. The location was great. We were able to get to the hiking trails quickly as well as get back and forth to Lancaster to our family reunion. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting, with beautiful view of the rocks and pond on the property. The kids so loved the bunkbed room as well as the fun Rec room attached. The entire house just felt cozy. The process of reserving this place was quick and easy, well communicated information. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a larger group!

Over Exceeded Expectations
The property is secluded and quiet. If you are looking to truly unplug this is the place. We saw baby racoons and deer, the frogs at night are amazing. The house was decorated very modern and the kitchen has everything you will need. The game room and bunk bed room was amazing. We will be back! The only downside was pretty poor wifi and no cellphone signal.

Family weekend
Loved the property, however the drawing point was the patio and furniture on the back deck! When we arrived the furniture was dirty and soaking wet! We couldn’t use it the entire weekend, which was very disappointing, as the weather was perfect to be outside all weekend ☹️

This cabin was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The cabin is so roomy & beautiful! The back deck is such a relaxing place to hangout and we loved the hot tub. I wanted a property to celebrate my 60th birthday. My husband and I and 3 of our children and grandchildren stayed the weekend. We appreciated the cleanliness, the attention to detail, the spaciousness and the outdoor area. We felt like there was plenty of room for every but still had togetherness. The grandkids (and the big kids) loved the game room and hiking in the woods. The downstairs bunk area was perfect for them. The hot tub was wonderful! We started both mornings with coffee on the front balcony and ended them on the back deck with the lighted rock s. Perfect weekend in a perfect place!

Great weekend at Rock Hill Retreat
We had a friend's weekend booked at Rock Hill Retreat 3/18 - 3/20. Leading up to and through the booking process, the Conrads were so easy to communicate with and even accommodated an early check-in. The cabin was as-advertised...and more! Pictures don't do the surrounding rocks and landscape justice. I hope to stay here at least every year going forward and will recommend Rock Hill Retreat to all my friends and family looking to vacation in Hocking Hills. Thank you!

Great place! We enjoyed the stay and the kids especially liked the bunk beds and game room. Some minor issues like slow wifi, but would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas
Great setting for our family to celebrate Christmas at a half way point for travelers. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 7 kids under 10. Sleeping arrangements worked well with kids in bunk room. We took advantage of hiking in the area in spite of rainy conditions. Highly recommend!!

Amazing property
This was an amazing property. The hosts were attentive and accessible. The house was stunning, the amenities were over the top. They went above and beyond and I truly believe their attention to all of the details saved my family and their lives. I am so thrilled we were able to have this experience in hindsight and for all of the things that happened the Conrad's made this memorable in so many ways! We hope to be able to earn our way back someday and I would recommend this property to anypne!
