This was an ideal spot. Beautiful setup. You can watch the ocean from your lanai, from the pool or from chairs that are set up on the grass. Quiet area not overrun with other people. Perfect spot to visit other areas of the island.

We were so happy that we found this condo. The room is set up perfect for a family of 5 adults. We prefer to be in an area that has a more local feel and less of a resort. This place fit that description perfectly. Beautiful views, sea turtles right off the shore, a short walk to a nice beach and a short walk to a small harbor and stores selling locally made souvenirs. We had a couple of questions for the host and Taylor always responded quickly and answered our needs. I highly recommend this place.

Celebrated my honeymoon & my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday with a 2 week stay at Taylor & Jake’s condo. It was the perfect spot for myself, my husband, our 8-month old, and my in-laws! Taylor was helpful, responsive, and super accommodating before and during the trip. Fellow vacationers and locals in the complex were friendly and respectful. Ground floor was very nice with baby in tow, as we could enjoy the lanai and pool with baby monitor in range. SO many great amenities— snorkel gear, binoculars, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella etc— and nice to avoid having to pack or rent these items for our stay. Maalaea is the perfect spot to stay if you plan to do lots of exploring because it is completely central to all the must-sees of Maui; and for down days, the wonderfully maintained pool or quiet walkable beach are also a nice treat. We even got to see whales in Maalaea bay right from our lanai, and turtles along the ocean wall every day!

This gem of a condo is situated just west (5minutes) of Kihei, ~15 minutes from Paia and 25 minutes from Lahaina. It was the perfect spring board for our daily adventures, and a great spot to unwind with a cold drink and a pool swim at the end of day. Taylor was a wonderful host and very communicative. The unit was clean, and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Whale watching from the porch and pool deck was a welcomed bonus! We hope to return some day!

The property was wonderful!! Clean, great location and beautiful courtyard Morning sunrises, moonlit nights and turtles were a wonderful surprise!

The place is clean and well-equipped. Good for family. Parking is a little tight if you're driving a SUV. Everything else is just perfect!

Inside is updated with new appliances and very quiet. Outside area gorgeous with very nice pool. Plenty of outdoor chaise lounge chairs overlooking property and bay. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances. Plenty of linens and towels, even beach towels. There were beach chairs, cooler and an sun umbrella. Laundry room was clean and all the machines worked. Great restaurant within walking distance (great bbq ribs).

Perfect place to stay with family that offered together or alone time. This is the place! Property was well kept. Condo was perfect/stocked with staples for first few days of weeks stay. Saw many turtles, whales, in bay area. Spacious grounds were well kept. Spent many days and nights sitting in lounge chairs just relaxing to ocean sounds and views. 5 min ride to nearby beaches, stores, etc. 4 min walk to shopping area with general store restaurants, happy hours w stunning views, and even a comedy/nightclub. Lahaina was a 20 min scenic ride, Whalers village was another 10 mins from there. Highly recommend this Condo/location for peace/relaxation/views and option to explore busier touristy areas if desired. will def. return! Quick 13 mins from airport!

Very good communication and nice to walk right out and see Ono. Kitchen was great to make breakfast and lunch to go everyday. Cooked a couple of dinners too. Perfect for the 5 of us. Also very quiet.

We chose this property for the close proximity of the pool and we were not disappointed! Being able to step outside our unit and walk just a few steps to the pools was fantastic! Also within walking distance was a small beach by the Maalaea Harbor which was great for our littles. Each day we watched the turtles frolic in the surf by the edge of the property. For bigger beaches, just a 20 minute drive to Kihei and Kamaole III beach, which was perfect for playing in the sand and water and snorkeling. Speaking of snorkeling, there was great equipment available for us in the unit -- along with very comfortable beach chairs -- which allowed me to introduce my 7-year old grandson to snorkeling. He was thrilled to spot the beautiful fish and even an eel! Not having to rent equipment was a real bonus. We were able to walk to the aquarium, as well as an adorable general store and the couple food carts nearby, which were surprisingly good! If you stay here, don't miss out on getting quite a treat at the Hula Cookie shop -- wonderful ice cream cookie sandwiches! Probably the best thing (besides the pool!) was having central A/C in the unit. As it can be quite humid, especially in the summer, we stayed comfortable day and night. There was one small issue with a shower, but contact with the owner was fast and it didn't affect our stay at all. Would definitely consider staying here again! Our family really enjoyed staying at this property in Maui. It is centrally located and we were a short distance away from the beaches. The unit is very nice, clean and modern with amazing views of the ocean. The kids really enjoyed having the pool right outside our door. Taylor and Jake were great to deal with and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. One of the best properties we have stayed at.

The condo was clean and comfortable and the views were absolutely spectacular. We can’t wait to return again soon!

We had a great time staying in this ocean front condo. I was first a little worried about staying in the ground level condo; however, we found it so quiet, peaceful, and safe. The rooms were clean and very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! The laundry facilities were located in the common area, which was a little surprise but worked just fine.

View was stunning. Pool and shore chaise steps out the door. Grilling station was super.

This main floor oceanfront walk out was everything we hoped for! It’s kitchen was well equipped and the location is excellent for exploring all other areas of the island. The AC works well and kept the condo comfortable when it was hot and humid. We were only slightly disappointed with the pool, which listed rules which included no playing catch but we didn’t come to the island for the pool. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us!

We decided to extend our stay in Maui and Taylor was amazing and so helpful! Beautiful property and condo! The beds were so comfortable. We watched the whales and turtles and my goodness the stars!! The condo had everything we needed. I will definitely be back!!
