Please note there is no bath in the property. The property is a perfect place to relax and offers televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms with Freeview, the ability to log in to your own Netflix & Prime & internet access. The property has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. Bedroom one (Elephant room) has a double bed, wardrobe & set of drawers with access to the rear garden via French doors. Bedroom two (Highland Cow room) has a double bed, drawers & en-suite with toilet & sink. Bedroom three (Donkey room) has bunkbeds & drawers. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Enclosed rear garden, with a patio area & lawn with glass table & 6 chairs for outdoor dining. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please strip all used beds & place in the shower cubicle with used towels. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property by way of a driveway. - Pets are allowed at the property with prior notice.
