3BR/2BA home with a great view of the gulf. Amenities include, two separate living areas, well equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, CD, book/game library, screened porch plus two sundecks, handicap ramp, outdoor shower, good beach views and easy beach access. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. The house is very comfortable very convenient for all six of us we didn't even expect the upstairs area. All the appliance was workable and very usable we found all the light switches the air conditioner was even colder than we expected we just had a great time for the seafood festival pretty sure I will book with you again.

My daughters stayed here last week and had the best time! I have been coming to St. George since my college days and have stayed in Erie many times. The screened in porch is just the best as is the kithcen.

We had an amazing time at Eire. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out, but plenty of room to sit and gather as a family. While slightly outdated, it really is a great little house. I care more about comfort and less about looks… this hit the mark!! We’ll cares for. The location is wonderful with just a short walk across the street to the beach. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time. The layout of the property inside was great. The negatives were — I realize it’s a dated property but the sheets really needed replacing on the mater bed, floors were dirty and very few basics were there to get us through the first night such as soap for dishes.

House was well stocked with most everything needed, upstairs didn't have fold out bed like the last time but was fine. Could use extra towels but We brought plenty anyway. Love Love Love the main shower/tub combo.

Excellent house by the sea
The home was perfect for our family fishing and beach trip. The 3 bedrooms gave everyone space while providing a nice living room to come together for visiting and games. It was clean and comfortable. The ocean was visible from the upstairs room and easily accessed with a short walk. We would definitely love to stay here again. We loved our stay at Eire on St. George Island!!! The house has some dated elements and could use a refresher on curb appeal, but it was clean and quiet. The ramp to the door is a great touch, and the loft area was fabulous for the kids. Although, this is a 3rd row, across the street, property, it was super easy access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We found the house to be everything we expected. The location was wonderful. The house was clean had everything we needed for our stay. If there could be any improvement, it would be that the decking could use updating. It is rather weathered but still very sturdy. Everything else here was wonderful.

The house is a little outdated but it was clean and the price was very reasonable. The only minor inconveniences: we only had one kitchen hand towel and no kitchen washcloths. We also were only supplied with one kitchen trash bag. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family has rented at this house for the past few years and this was the worst that I have seen it. The house was not clean. The shower curtain was so molded that we had to go buy one and replace it before taking a shower. Past resident's dirty socks under the bed along with clumps of dust bunnies. Dirty floor and dead bugs on lamp shades. Sliding door has been broken for 3 years now and still not repaired etc...Used to like this house, but the cleaning and maintenance has declined greatly. My family has rented from Suncoast for over a decade and we love the staff, but needless to say, we will not be renting this house again.
