Welcome to our newest arrival here at the Stucki Farms Resort. The Desert Oasis Villa was features in the 2022 Parade of Homes! This amazing property boasts over 6,200 Sq Ft. 8-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms and amazing amenities! It has been beautifully designed to accommodate large groups. As you walk into this functional and spacious home, it features a grand kitchen with seating for over 20 people. The kitchen and great room both have 20-foot accordion doors which open up to a breathtaking view of Southern Utah at its best. The backyard features an amazing pool w/ built in hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, an outdoor patio area for all to enjoy. The Villa sits 150 feet from the resort pool, lazy river, and farmhouse welcome center. Sleeps 21 in beds. Max occupancy 40. There is an attached casita with a separate entrance. If you need an additional room, let us know as it is rented separately. It sleeps 4 (King, and pullout sofa). Additional Information: The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round. The Hot Pool is open year round. The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting. The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming cottage you get a discount. WiFi is a must and this property has plenty. Early check in and extended check out options are based on availability and fees may be included. Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit. The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security. About Stucki Farms Resort: Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. From a quaint Cottage to a spacious 8 Bedroom Villa, you can find your vacation destination at Stucki Farms! The 7-acre Amenity Area features our Farmhouse Welcome Center, Resort Lap Pool, Lazy River, Splash Pad, 18 Hole Miniature Golf Course with more to come. Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). Great property for hosting friends and family. Everything was top-notch, and the manager was very responsive to any questions. The only downside is when you have to leave.

This house was perfect for large families of all ages. The set up was amazing. Loved that there was an en-suite for all bedrooms plus two extra half baths. Plenty of seating for meals and gathering area. So much to do for all ages. Game room, theater room, backyard, etc. The pool was a hit! We also had access to clubhouse with pools/lazy River next door and tried out the 18 hole putt-putt course. Location was close enough to everything needed and very quiet/private at the same time. Any issue we had was taken care of quickly by texting/email. Fire pit was awesome and ping pong table was used non-stop. Would totally rent again!!

The home was beautiful and has plenty of space. The online pictures really doesn’t do it any justice. In addition, the Mountain View was awesome and the home is in a great location and close proximity to everything you need.

The place was wonderful! Will definitely stay their again loved the pool, game room and theater room. Would of like another bunk room but we made it work. The house could use some large bowls. We also found a black widow in my granddaughters shoe. Maybe need to spray. Overall was a great experience!

What an amazing house! Our large group loved our stay for a family reunion. The kids were all in the pool within minutes of arriving, and the pool was really fun with a slide and a jumping platform. Everyone also enjoyed the lazy river around the corner at the clubhouse. It was amazing that every family had a room with an attached bathroom. The kids loved the gaming setup in the loft, and everyone old & young loved the shuffleboard table. It was nice to put the youngest kids that needed a break from swimming and some time to unwind in the little theater room off the great room. Everything was very clean and pretty. We loved the house so much and I hope to convince my side of the family to rent the house for our next reunion!

The home is absolutely beautiful, and well-stocked.
We arrived with 18 people, including 8 young children ready to swim. The pool was full of bugs, and the hot tub was cold. Swimming was the #1 priority for our group. We cleaned the pool ourselves, and it took multiple phone calls and 2 days to get the hot tub working. We had hoped these issues would be checked/addressed prior to check-in. So frustrating!
After two days of swimming the pool got cloudy, then down-right murky on day 4. With a home that can sleep 28, it seems pool maintenance should be daily.
The pool was our only frustration, but it was a big one considering the needs of our group.
Also the home is need of a deep clean. Spent time cleaning grills, blender, dead bugs outside. Felt as we cleaned up for ourselves we spent time cleaning up after prior guests.

This was a wonderful house for our large family to gather for a reunion. The home accommodated us perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well supplied. The backyard was wonderful.

We had a great stay at this wonderful house! It was very clean and incredibly well stocked. We appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms, as well as how organized it was. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!
Just a FYI, should you need need any catering or personal Chef services, we worked with Kelso's and they were amazing!

The house was great for all ages. We had 22 people there and it didn’t even feel like it. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed all this house had to offer.

This place is great. We actually stayed at the property right next door a year ago through the same company and we will likely stay down here again as the property is great for what we needed.
We love the game room up top and everyone having their own comfortable room. The kitchen is great with the two big fridges and all that counter space and the main living area was also super comfortable for us.
The place really is great and we'll be staying again.

Great property, good location. We had a problem with the pool/spa and the property manager was quick to communicate with us. We had everything we needed there.

Overall a fantastic stay. Location was exactly what we were after for a large family trip. Nice and quiet, but close to town, golf and great parks. Property management was great and accommodating ahead of our stay. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay with all ages. Enjoyed the atmosphere. In the inside there’s plenty for everyone to do and on the outside is just nice and relaxing and calming. We would stay there again.
