Very clean, comfortable.Good bed linen (apart from torn sheet in one room.
Few accessible plugs in bedroom. One wire for bedside lamp had to stretch from sliding wardrobe to bedside cabinet.
No show rack at bottom of stares.
No point of milk which we've had in the past. One broken light bulb in lounge .

The location was perfect for our needs and absolutely loved the water pressure in the shower!! The staff left extra blankets for us for the cooler nights we were not used to :-).
The beds were just a bit hard in the master bedroom but that's just my preference and having a dryer would have been nice but I'm glad there was a drying rack ☺️.
