This wonderful home resides in a sought-out area of Lincoln City, which allows you to walk to shopping or enjoy some great food at one of the many eateries nearby. You may also enjoy taking a nice stroll to the beach, to take in a beautiful sunset, as this home is located just a few blocks away or test your luck at the Chinook Winds Casino nearby. Dog Friendly for up to 2 dogs, no other pets allowed. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property. The house was just as listed. It had some quirks and a lot of potato bugs inside, but overall we enjoyed our stay. I know it is a pet friendly home, however, there was a strong odor as you walk in. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I give it a solid 4

Home was super cute and very clean. I would not suggest if you have minimal mobility as the driveway is pretty small and pretty steep. We would visit this location again 😊

The house was everything we'd hoped it would be. There was plenty of room to spread out and a very well equipped kitchen. The huge dining room table was a bonus. The upstairs bathroom was a little funky but I would definitely stay there again!

The property was as described, albeit the bathrooms are very small. It was very clean and had been updated. Checking in was easy as they provided a code to unlock the door. Only problem was the code stopped working after the first day, but they do have an actual lock box key and we were able to make contact easily to retrieve it. They sent someone out the next day to fix the coded lock, so we really didn't have much of a problem. They were very helpful and responded right away. We would definately consider staying here again.

Perfect weekend getaway spot
Very well priced, perfectly located just blocks from the beach, clean secure place. We had a great stay here. We played at the beach all day, and then came back and grab some food and had a nice chill place to hang out. Only issue was no AC match the upstairs got pretty warm at night and took a while to cool down. Kids Slept upstairs and couldn’t really fall asleep until the house cooler down around 11. But overall, great property

This is a very cute, and recently remodeled home about a quarter of a mile from public beach access. Some of the finish work on the remodel isn't perfect but the updates are lovely overall. Things that would make the home better: more pots and pans (if you're renting, be aware that there is literally one pot and one pan in this home (I don't count the tiny 6" skillet) so if you're planning to cook meals, bring your own pots and pans), coffee filters (there are plenty now because we left the ones we had to buy), be aware the Keurig doesn't work, a once over out front and on the back deck with a blower would have been appreciated (we were there in early July and the front yard was covered in very sticky dead rhodie blossoms which we proceeded to track through the house while unpacking and the back deck was covered in leaves from the laurel bushes), more window fans for upstairs (the upper level gets very warm during the day if it's above 65 outside and it would be lovely to circulate the evening air before bedtime), more hooks or towel bars in both bathrooms and a cover for the BBQ (it sits in the sun and smells of propane whenever its gets hit with direct sun). Also if you're bringing a dog buddy, be aware (in case it's not apparent in the photos) that there is no fenced area and the potty spot out front is astroturf...my finicky pup refused to poop on it so he held it every day until we got to the beach. What's great about this home: the beds are crazy comfortable (best I've EVER slept in a rental house), washer/dryer are super convenient, roku smart TV, the back deck is lovely and private, TONS of glasses and dishes, crockpot (saved our dinner plan one night when we realized there weren't enough pots to make our planned meal), rice cooker and blender, and the new appliances were wonderful and worked perfectly. Great little home that we would consider if we're in Lincoln City again.
