Amazing location and very clean! We loved our stay here.

Check in was seamless, the condo was immaculate and more than enough space for a much larger group than the 2 of us. Loved the setup including easy few steps to the beach and a wash station right off the walkway. Condo has everything we needed included plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Communication was fantastic. Thanks so much for a relaxing retreat!

We had a wonderful week on Manasota Key! The individual storage locker for beach chairs and umbrellas was especially helpful. We usually come with a larger group, but this smaller unit at Sunburst fit our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location to the beach was excellent- nothing better than steps away from the beach! It was also a minute drive where the restaurants were. The complex was clean and quiet. While we were a little disappointed the pool was closed for repairs, we found other things to do. The beachfront was never crowded. The condo met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower felt great! The kitchen was well equipped and included lots of oil, spices, and things. I marked down for cleanliness, but it wasn’t a major issue, there were some crumbs missed on the rug and some of the pans were dirty. They also had not left a new dish sponge to be used. We did speak to him about it afterwards and he was grateful we brought it to his attention so it could be looked into for future stays. Jim was very good with checking in and communicating all Throughout the process. You can’t go wrong with this condo and location!

The property was just as advertised with about a 100ft walk to the beach! I had to contact Jim because of a mistake on my behalf for check in but he was very helpful and checking in and out was a breeze.

Pool, beach access, dock, and location was all very convenient

Clean, freshly decorated, and easy walk to restaurants and beach. We will stay again soon!

This property was wonderful and exactly what we needed to have a getaway for spring break. The pool and dock were great and the beach of course was so beautiful. Found some nice shark teeth!

Small for 4 people but we made it work Everything we needed was there.

We had a great stay in Jim’s condo on Manasota Key. Jim was easy to communicate with and the condo was in a great location. Everything in the condo has been updated nicely and it was very clean. The extra beach chairs and toys in the storage locker were a bonus. Overall, a great stay!

Stayed at Sunburst 214 for a short girls get-away and to visit family. The condo was perfect, cozy, clean with a beautiful beach and property owners very attentive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Far enough away from everything to enjoy a calm and quiet beach day. But close enough to walk to all the fun at night

The location was great right on the beach. It was also nice having two half baths. Plenty of beach towels was a plus. Property was quiet and cozy. Easy communication with host. Saw dolphins right on beach. It was also a short walk to the town restaurants. Great for couples and families with older kids (stairs) .

Where to start! My family and I loved this condo. Great central location for 2 of the best beaches on the Gulf coast. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. It's located right on Englewood Beach and only 7 minutes from Stump Pass National Park and Beach. This is an absolutely beautiful condo with a very homey feel. It has that "beach vibe" that you look for when on vacation. (Something that's hard to find when staying at a hotel/motel)

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was walking distance from the beach as well as the pool. There was even a small storage closet with chairs and an umbrella for the beach. We will be back!

My wife and I love the manasota key area and we were excited to find a reasonably priced condo with Beach and sound access and a pool located near restaurants and stores. The property manager was easy to deal with the property was clean and well-maintained and provide everything you need to spend time at the beach. We would definitely rent this place again in the future.

This condo was located in a perfect location. The pool was an added bonus and many restaurants were with in walking distance. The proximity to the beach can't be beat.
