Good location, walking distance to all appointments for Consulate needs. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Secured location with overnight security. Laundry room.
We had noisy neighbors that kept us up at night. They were loud and went to sleep late which meant we slept late also. You can hear every noise from the units next door. Neighbors would also be cooking in their units and we would literally be smoked out with the spices and or salsas they would be making. Blender ran at any given time when they were there with no shame. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Excelente ubicacion
Al llegar no había estacionamiento cerca me tuve que estacionar muy lejos de la habitación luego esta estaba como congelador pedí alas 23:00 una cobija media hora después me la llevaron a las 5 am les recordé que l habitación parecía congelador y a las 6 arreglaron el problema ósea no dormi en la noche y a las ya que desperté Jja no alcancé desayuno y voy a recepción a entregar la llave y la encargada me dice es que usted pago en violín media tarifa yo le dije pague tarifa completa y si me hubieran dicho que por reservar con booking me iban a tratar tan mal no lo hago

No tenían activado el aire acondicionado “frío” , soy una persona calurosa y eso afectó mi estancia , ya que el cuarto donde estuve no tenía ventana y el ambiente está muy caluroso , además noté algunas manchas de sangre en las sábanas

Locación
La puerta no cerraba, estaba lleno de gente haciendo parrilladas en las habitaciones, con la ropa colgada en el balcón, el cuarto no tenía televisión, olía a sucio y es demasiado ruidoso, no puedes pasar una buena noche. Por el precio no recomiendo este hotel para nada.

La limpieza.
Que el acondicionamiento de la habitación es muy raquítico, no hay ni donde poner la maleta. Además las paredes son tan delgadas que se escuchan hasta los ronquidos de al lado.

Very clean and comfortable and convenient if you have an appointment at the us console..
It has a hall that goes detract to fingerprint office and more restaurants.. to be honest the hotel has a restaurant the food is delicious... it's 5 min form the us console and 8 min to the medical office walking very safe.. also you can wash and dry for free
I would recommen this hotel to everybody coming to the us console

Great location if you go to the USA consulate and there's a mall nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful
The AC was very loud but I'm glad they have it because it was very hot. The shower could've been better

It's close to the American Consulate, CAS, and the Clinics. Also, the restaurant located on the hotel was amazing and the staff were super nice. Room are specious and clean.
The room walls are thin you can hear your neighbors and if someone is smoking you can definitely smell it coming to your room. No iron was available in the room. No mini fridge to put some drinks and no phone. They provide free internet but it was super slow.

They have a great breakfast. Very nice variety of food every day. The staff I dealt with was very friendly. The restaurant they have on site was a great feature. The hotel is a walking distance from the consulate and any consulate related appointments.
The bathroom often smelled like sewage. We had to make sure to keep the bathroom closed to keep the room from smelling bad. At times the smell was overwhelming even with the bathroom door closed. The wifi would often become laggy and the connection would be extremely slow. It was useless more than half of the time.

The location is in a very convenient place, it's nice having 24/7 security and having breakfast included.
The internet never worked right during all of my stay.

rooms are really spacious
they don’t have a resting area outside like other hotels and it has a strong smell of sewer in the restroom

It is a great spot for anyone visiting the us consulate, many places in walking distance.
The bed was not comfortable and the walls are paper thin
